**Reviewed by:** Ben G. | IT Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

One of the biggest strengths of Time Doctor is its real-time visibility into user activity and time usage. The dashboard provides clear insights into:

Active vs idle time
Application and website usage
Daily and weekly productivity trends

This is particularly useful for managing remote staff and AVD users, where direct supervision is not possible. It allows us to quickly identify productivity gaps and address them proactively.
The automated time tracking reduces the need for manual logging, which improves accuracy and saves time for both staff and management.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

users have experienced occasional issues such as slow loading or syncing (especially on mobile or remote setups), which can impact consistent tracking

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Improved accountability for remote and hybrid teams
2. Data-driven decision making through reliable reports
3. Better workload management by understanding time distribution
4. Supports performance monitoring without requiring constant manual follow-ups
5. Easy to deploy and integrate into day-to-day operations

 ### 2. Clean, Feature Rich Time Tracking with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhava L. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

With Time Doctor, I will be able to view the productivity of my team and will have proof if they commit any mistakes plus it will also show the overall work hours of each individual separately. I really like this software a lot. Its clean and to the point. Has all the features I use and need.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

Sometimes the default settings I have made will go back to the initial settings of Time Doctor from what I have observed. For example, if I select a particular time zone, when I come back after a day or two, the time zone I selected wont show up by default. Otherwise, everything else looks good. Performance is good and I also get immediate support from the CS team when needed. I haven't used AI though nor aware of the pricing as my organization pays for it.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Time Doctor, I am able to view the screen recordings, which otherwise is not possible. This way I can calculate the performance of my team. It is integrated so well, works smooth

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Bhava,

Thanks so much for taking the time to share this, we really appreciate the detailed feedback.

It’s great to hear Time Doctor is helping you get clear visibility into your team’s productivity and work hours, and that the experience feels clean and easy to use. Glad the screen recordings and overall performance are making a difference as well.

Regarding the settings issue (like the time zone resetting), that shouldn’t be happening consistently. We’ve shared this with our support and product teams so they can review and look into it further.

Also great to hear you’ve had a positive experience with our support team. We’ll make sure that feedback is passed on.

Thanks again for your input. It helps us continue to improve.

 ### 3. Enhances Team Management and Accountability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan Ryan S. | Team Leader, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

I like Time Doctor 2 for the visibility it provides into my team's work. It helps me track hours, monitor productivity, ensure accountability, and identify areas where my Virtual Assistants may need coaching or support. The time tracking ensures accurate reporting, while productivity monitoring helps me identify areas for coaching and support. Overall, it improves accountability and allows me to make better decisions when managing my team. Also, the initial setup was easy and straightforward, which allowed my team to adapt quickly.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

One area that could be improved is making the reporting and dashboard features more customizable and easier to navigate, especially when managing a larger team. Having more flexible views and quicker access to key insights would help me monitor multiple VAs more efficiently. Additionally, improving sync stability and reducing occasional tracking issues would further enhance the overall user experience.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Time Doctor to verify my VAs' hours, review attendance, check productivity, and identify coaching opportunities, improving accountability, visibility, and effective management of my 26 Virtual Assistants. It enables data-driven decisions and alignment with client expectations.

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Dan,

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We're delighted to hear that Time Doctor has helped you improve visibility across your team, strengthen accountability, and make more informed management decisions. It's especially great to know that features like time tracking and productivity insights are helping you support and coach your virtual assistants, while the straightforward setup made adoption easy for your team.

We also appreciate your constructive feedback about reporting, dashboard customization, and sync stability. We're continually improving the platform, and insights like yours help shape our product roadmap. Making it easier to navigate key data and customize views for larger teams is an area we're actively focused on.

Thank you again for choosing Time Doctor and for being part of our community. We look forward to continuing to support you and your team as you grow.

 ### 4. Facilitate Time Tracking with Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Andrea R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

I like that Time Doctor can work both online and offline, I don't need a connection all the time and only when I reconnect does it upload all the hours I've worked. Additionally, the interface is really very easy to handle, which makes using it quite simple. I also find the application to be quite user-friendly, as it doesn't feel too intrusive and is easy to use even from the website.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

For now, none. I think sometimes when it doesn't load, it's a bit difficult, but I don't know if maybe it's a problem with my computer specifically or if sometimes it's like the platform might not be working well, but generally very well.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Time Doctor to track my work time, organize my activities, and keep track of completed tasks.

 ### 5. Effective Time Management with a User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Irfan K. | Program Editor, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

I use Time Doctor to allocate my time for different tasks to be more productive. I appreciate that it helps me track time spent on different tasks and enables me to save time while prioritizing them. I like the user-friendly interface and the feature of screenshots and hourly tracked time. It's easy for me to see who's working in my team and who's skipping work. I also find it valuable for keeping track of my team members' attendance. Managing a team of about 15 people who work remotely is simplified with Time Doctor as it helps me keep track of their daily activities. I can check the screen captures to have an idea of their work activities, and at the end of the day, I review how much time they spent on particular tasks, all thanks to the cool UI. Setting it up was pretty easy, and overall, I would rate it a 9 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

The activity bar can use some improvement. It stays on top of the screen and sometimes takes up extra space. When I hide it, I lose track if it's running or not. Sometimes I realize that I was working while Time Doctor was set to on break. That's quite frustrating.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Time Doctor to allocate time for tasks to be more productive. It helps me track time, save time, and prioritize tasks. As a manager, it lets me track remote team members' activities, check their work, and monitor attendance with a user-friendly interface.

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Irfan, thanks for sharing your experience.

We’re glad Time Doctor is helping with remote team management, reporting, task tracking, and payroll. It’s great to hear the daily reminders and reporting features are supporting your productivity.

Thanks as well for the feedback on the activity bar. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we’ve shared your comments with our product team for review.

 ### 6. Time Doctor: easy to use tool for tracking work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | Associate At LawSikho & SkillArbitrage, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

It's very handy in use, and when you use it, it won't affect your system; it's only a small floating toolbar that can be easily dragged to any corner, previously its only taking screenshot but now its recording arount 3 minutes video, its very good for monitoring daily work and lots of features like downloding screeshots, checking reports and working pattern's.Customer support is also very handy and responsive; it's very easy to implement. You can download from its website according to your system, like Windows/Mac. I am using this for recording my daily use.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

As of now, there is no dislike about Time Doctor, but I suggest they should have increased the recording time of screenshots.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this for time tracking and attendance purposes, and it's doing a great job. It creates reports very easily, it also shows various things like low activity and identical

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Aditya,

Thank you for sharing such a detailed review. We’re glad to hear that Time Doctor has been easy to use and helpful for tracking your daily work, attendance, and activity. It’s great to know that features like the floating timer, reports, screenshots, and recordings are helping you stay on top of your work, and that our support team has been responsive when needed.

We also appreciate your suggestion about increasing the recording time. Feedback like this helps our team continue improving the product and the overall experience.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback.

 ### 7. Effortless Time Tracking with Valuable Insights, Needs Better Integration with Jira

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** wissem b. | Founder & Head of Product & Technical Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

I use Time Doctor for all our businesses. It's the ability to track our users that helps us a lot with problems with not serious users. We are saving so much time using Time Doctor, and it helps us track our KPIs with our employees so we know which one deserves a pay raise or should be fired based on the KPIs. Time Doctor works better for us compared to using screenshot monitors and is way better. The initial setup was very easy; actually, everyone can do it on their own. It's straightforward and you don't have to spend time teaching them how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

The only issue we are having with Time Doctor is the Jira functionality that doesn't synchronize the time quite correctly. There are some delays, and sometimes it's showing the wrong time of how long the test took to be done.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Doctor helps us track users and monitor KPIs, saving time and addressing issues with non-serious users. It helps us identify who deserves a raise or needs to be let go based on their performance.

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Wissem,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Time Doctor and for trusting us across all your businesses.

We’re glad to hear the platform has helped your team save time, improve visibility into performance, and make KPI tracking easier. It’s also great to know the setup process was straightforward and easy for your team to adopt without extensive training.

We also appreciate you calling out the Jira integration challenges. We understand how important accurate time synchronization is when managing tasks and reporting, and feedback like this helps our team continue improving the experience. We’ll make sure your comments regarding delays and incorrect time tracking are shared with the product team for review.

Thanks again for your support and for being part of the Time Doctor community.

 ### 8. Great tool for remote team management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen C. | Head of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

What we appreciate most about Time Doctor is how user-friendly and intuitive it is. The implementation process is simple, as it only requires installing the application and logging in. Whenever the documentation does not fully answer a question, the support team is responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. We use Time Doctor in our daily operations, and new team members adapt to it very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

While our overall experience has been positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. Updates are not installed automatically, requiring manual management through our MDM. The meetings report currently recognizes any application that uses the microphone, which may impact reporting accuracy. Additionally, the screenshots view in some reports refreshes periodically, causing the navigation to reset and return to the start of the dataset.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a 100% remote organization, Time Doctor helps us maintain visibility into time allocation, productivity, and activity patterns, while providing reliable data to identify unusual behaviors when necessary. It also strengthens accountability by offering clear insight into how time is distributed across projects and tasks, directly supporting accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Karen, thank you for such a detailed review. We truly appreciate it.

We’re glad to hear that Time Doctor has been easy to implement and that your team finds it intuitive to use. It’s great to know new team members adapt quickly and that our support team has been helpful when questions come up. For fully remote organizations like yours, having reliable visibility and data for accountability and cost allocation is critical, so we’re pleased to hear the platform is supporting that.

We also appreciate the specific feedback around updates, meetings reporting, and the screenshots view refresh. That level of detail is incredibly helpful. We’ll share this with our product team, as improving reporting accuracy and usability is always a priority. If you’d like, our support team can also explore configuration options that may help reduce friction in the meantime.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for trusting Time Doctor to support your remote operations.

 ### 9. Easy Setup, User-Friendly, and Great Value for Screenshot Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

How easy it is to set up for a business and how easy it is for the users to understand how to use it and its primary function. The app on the computer immediately starts when installed avoiding the I forgot moment for the users. The performance of the app with the screenshots are easy to analyze specially when identifying issues. Also fairly priced compared to its competitors.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

How it cannot be integrated with the remote app as we use that for payroll, it has limited apps that it supports.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important is the number of hours tracked per user as this helps me in processing the payroll knowing how much hours to pay. Also the screenshots and the mouse movement and keyboard strokes, this helps us identify any probable anomalies in the team and should there be any manipulations.

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi there,

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for sharing your experience with Time Doctor. We’re really glad to hear the setup process has been smooth for both your business and your team, and that features like automatic tracking and screenshot analysis are helping make day-to-day management easier.

We also appreciate the feedback around payroll integrations and app support. Expanding integrations is something our team continues to work on, and insights like yours help guide those improvements.

Thanks again for your support and for being part of the Time Doctor community.

 ### 10. Boosts Transparency, but Deep Issues Can Be Hard to Spot

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalya B. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Time Doctor?**

I like that it helps keep everyone honest and transparent while they’re on the clock. It also makes it easier to track and address issues with an employee without having to rely on assumptions.

**What do you dislike about Time Doctor?**

It can be difficult to tell when a problem employee is actually a deeper, ongoing issue. I’ve had to monitor one employee for months because they clearly have concerns: their idle minutes can be high while their activity levels don’t look alarming, and other times it’s the opposite.

**What problems is Time Doctor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have hybrid employees and it helps us keep tabs on their productivity

**Official Response from Mina Park:**

> Hi Natalya,

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Time Doctor. We appreciate the honest feedback.

We’re glad to hear the platform has helped bring more transparency and made it easier to have objective conversations around productivity and performance across your hybrid team. One of our goals is to help managers rely less on assumptions and more on clear, consistent visibility into work patterns.

We also understand your concerns around identifying when performance patterns may point to a deeper or ongoing issue. Metrics like activity levels and idle time can sometimes require additional context depending on the role, workload, and working style of the employee. Feedback like this is important as we continue improving how managers can better identify trends and gain clearer insights over time. Our support team will be reaching out to learn more about your experience and better understand the challenges you’re seeing. We’d love the opportunity to help and share recommendations that may improve visibility for your specific use case.

Thanks again for your feedback and for being part of the Time Doctor community.
