I think they have put a lot of effort into this platform. Additionally, they constantly update it. Excellent price and very comprehensive. The main screen is configurable. A welcome message can be attached. Custom images and logos can be uploaded. Upon entering, it is easy to use. As an administrator, you can constantly switch profiles to ensure how others see the platform. You can also view the platform from any user's profile. There are three roles, however, you can create more and customize the permissions. As a teacher, it is great because you can create courses in which you can include exams, videos, text, assignments, etc. It is also possible to generate debates through its forum. The platform supports certificates which can be granted for an unlimited time or with an expiration date. Gamification is easy to manage, there are already several templates to choose the style of badge, however, you can create your own as well as change their names, although the goals are not modified. Talent LMS provides many statistics and you can even customize them. As for migrating information, it is fabulous since we migrated the data from our previous LMS to this one through an Excel file. Some of the functions or explanations are not in Spanish and that could affect some people. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** Needs to improve support for places with Spanish language. Before landing on Talent LMS, I researched a number of other LMS platforms and was surprised to see that Talent LMS was priced in a bracket well below the other LMS platforms, so I decided to contact a support specialist to find out why. I was pleased to learn that my needs of creating various courses with dynamic content would be met using Talent LMS, and thus far, it's held true. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** Although I haven't found anything that I genuinely dislike, I have found a few bugs that are just kind of bothersome. For example, when I save a learning module inside a course, Google Chrome will ask me if I want to save my password...? It's just kind of strange. I did not use the templates or existing courses but instead jumped into creating brand-new courses based on our Standard Operating Procedure documents. I did reach out to support several times initially, and I got very prompt responses to my requests for assistance. I have come to find that support at TalentLMS is consistently very responsive and helpful. I also played with the free trial for quite a while to make sure I could create final courses that were what we needed and liked. I was able to continue making adjustments and to have my team test each course to make sure we were happy with the result. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** When editing courses and the content for courses, I find it a bit tedious to “go back” to the main course editing portion. As I have gotten better at course creation and editing, I have found better (or maybe the proper!) ways to go about it, but it still seems like there could be a better way to save your changes and go back and edit another section. Maybe I will find that it is user-error, but I do think it could be easier. I also would like to see a “Currently uploaded images to TalentLMS” or “Frequently used images” or “My Uploaded Library” folder available that will pop up by default when I am going to upload an image to my course content. Currently, I have to go to my hard drive and upload it each time for our logo (for example) or a header image I use on almost all content pages. I have seen this on other cloud-based apps I have used. Possibly I just haven’t found it yet, but I don’t think it exists. **What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main purpose for finding a LMS solution was to train customers on technical aspects of our product application. We were able to provide very quickly software training for our customers. I would like to see a better WYSIWYG text editor or perhaps the ability to change the one that is used. It's very easy to use and it's also easy for my clients to access. I work with teens so it cannot be a complex procedure. I like that I can offer webinars, in person and asynchronous lessons. Perfect tool for my company. Its easy to use and adding my own content is also very easy to do. I love the ease of being able to switch between student, instructor and admin views. Like most entrepreneurs, I wear many hats, and the design of this product takes that into account. **What do you dislike about TalentLMS?** Nothing I don't like about this at the moment for a small business or beginning entrepreneur. it's easy to use and easy to add my own content. **What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed something to share course content with students. I also needed to be able to provide feedback and integrate zoom tutoring sessions as well as provide simplye asynchronous lessons.
