I do not recommend Sure Payroll based on my own experience. The company did not file my reemployment taxes and I had to file and pay my own reemployment taxes even though they were deducting my reemployment taxes every payroll. To this date, I still have not gotten reimbursed for the amount I personally had to pay. I received letters from the Florida Department of Revenue stating that none of my reemployment taxes were filed. Could you image a business owner paid for this service at Sure Payroll & it was not being performed. I then had to lose production time and take time away from my business to make calls back & forth with the Florida Department of Revenue to oversee this matter because no one at Sure Payroll would return my calls or offered to help. Representatives are not helpful. They do not call back. They place you on extreme holds. They do collect your reemployment taxes and do not send to the Florida Department of Revenue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am particularly impressed with the experience I had while setting up a new account with SurePayroll. Daniel Moran was amazing and played a significant role in making the setup process very easy and smooth for me. His outstanding support left a positive impression on me, which is the reason I am leaving this review. The ease of setup facilitated by his assistance made a complex task straightforward and efficient. I also use SurePayroll primarily for its payroll capabilities, which work effectively for my needs. I had a great experience with SurePayroll. Yaqoob was amazing to work with. He was way more on top of things than I was and kept me on track with every step I needed to complete. He was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. The payroll layout is also really easy to navigate. I would recommend SurePayroll to colleagues 100%. we used sure payroll to pay our nanny, this company is the WORST ive ever used. They cost an arm and a leg for regular payroll, they lay on additional fees for simple things other companies do for a simple monthly fee, they keep you from your data and the taxes you paid to get more money out of you, and don't send anything to the state or feds. STAY AWAY, I cant even get my data from them to deal with a tax issue with ,my state because they are asking hundreds of dollars to "reactivate" teh account, its a scam. i hope these people go out of business. stay away from them an payxhex. hot trash., not a payroll company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cristian Hermida was my account rep and helped answer all of my questions, direct me to set my account correctly, and assisted in a demo for my employee. His service was truly incredible and the product works well. I had many questions throughout the process and he was happy to help me! When doing an off-cycle payroll, it was a little confusing to make a paper check vs use direct deposit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. If i had to pick something it's the competitive pricing but since you have to re-run payrolls and they give you the wrong advice for payroll accounting, the amount you'll pay them and fines and fees to the IRS and your accountant, it's just not worth it. Customer service is a complete disaster. If you call them, you'll get someone different each time with different levels of expertise and you'll be on the hook if something goes wrong with the payroll. Having used three other small business payrolls, this one is extremely user friendly, simple UI, the prices are very affordable (they run great promotion like 6 months free in the first year), and the best is their impeccable customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is absolutely terrible, and pricing is dishonest. Every time that I haven't needed to speak with someone it takes forever to connect with the right person. Today, it took me 70 minutes to speak with their billing department.

Their pricing page appears to be very straightforward, and there is no mention whatsoever that the displayed pricing is promotional. However, they charge a number of their clients a much higher rate. They consistently mess up our state SUW forms - leaving me with a hot mess. Customer service is prevented from connecting me with their so called "Tax experts" - to the point where I am getting multiple threating tax notice from the state each month. This never happened when I was doing the taxes myself.

They change tax filing frequencies willy nilly, I think to maximize their interest income, and don't help to resolve the issues they have created.
