Sprout Social remains an invaluable tool for our team—keeping us organized, aligned on our social media calendar, and consistently driving stronger engagement on LinkedIn. The platform's metric analysis features are essential to our quarterly engagement reviews, enabling data-informed decisions around content strategy and calendar planning. The "first comment" feature continues to be a cornerstone of our approach, boosting visibility and promoting related resources at exactly the right moment. Overall, our team has genuinely enjoyed working in Sprout Social, and it continues to deliver real value to our social media efforts.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

I appreciate all of the features Sprout Social offers; however, I wish there were more robust options for team collaboration and commenting within the platform.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprout Social allows my team to centralize our social media planning and easily generate quarterly reports with reporting features. These features help visualize our engagement, identify engagement gaps, streamline our workflow, and enable us to plan our social media calendar more efficiently and proactively.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

The AI functionality where Sprout determines the optimal time to post for my organization across platforms is great insight and also saves me a ton of time. The Sprout Social campaign and tagging functionality and the variety of reporting options provide accurate metrics for leadership and sponsor impact reports. The reporting can easily be customized for my specific needs, and I can create reports and save them in the platform. It's a great user experience. I also use this data to apply for awards where showing the impact of social media is important for my campaigns. I can also compare growth over years and evaluate how graphics, videos, and testimonials perform against one another.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

The ability to view previous posts only goes back one year. I’d like to be able to access older posts because they contain valuable historical information, and being able to duplicate them would help me save time. On the plus side, those older posts are still included in the reporting. I’ve used Sprout Social in a previous organization and have been a long-time user, so I remember when this option was available.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprout enables our team to work more collaboratively, which saves staff time and helps us be more productive. The reporting provides deeper metrics than we’ve had with other platforms, and that’s appreciated across departments because it helps us prove the impact of our social media engagement to sponsors and other key stakeholders. When I’m presenting at a conference or applying for an award, Sprout Social screenshots are always part of my deck.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

What I like most about Sprout Social is how easy it makes managing multiple social accounts. The dashboard is super intuitive, the scheduling tools are a lifesaver, and the reporting actually helps me see what’s working without getting lost in data. I also love the Smart Inbox—it keeps everything organized and makes it way easier to stay on top of messages and mentions.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

What I dislike about Sprout Social is that it can get pretty pricey, especially if you need access for a larger team. Some of the analytics take a while to load, and a few reports feel a bit limited unless you upgrade. It’s a powerful tool, but sometimes I wish the pricing scaled more flexibly with how you actually use it.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprout Social helps streamline everything from scheduling and publishing to monitoring and reporting. Instead of bouncing between platforms, I can manage all our accounts, track engagement, and measure performance in one place. It saves a ton of time, keeps our team aligned, and gives us clearer insights into what content actually drives results.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

Sprout Social makes it easy to manage all our social accounts in one place. The inbox and calendar save us a lot of time because we don’t have to jump between apps or spreadsheets. The reports are clear, so we can quickly see what’s working and share results with the team. It’s also helpful that we can assign messages and add notes so nothing gets missed.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

Sometimes it feels like there are too many clicks to get to the things I do most often. Maybe I’m missing something, but I wish Sprout would learn from my usual routines and give me smarter shortcuts and proactive insights to make my life easier.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprout Social helps me keep all our social channels organized and under control. Instead of jumping between different apps and tabs, I can see messages, comments, and scheduled posts in one place. This saves me time every day and makes it easier to stay on top of engagement. The reporting also helps me quickly see which content is working and which isn’t, so I can make better decisions without digging through spreadsheets.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

Sprouts social allows me to create and schedule all of the postings for my clients in one place; therefore, i don't have to worry about what to post every day. The other thing I like about it is the "unified inbox" because it shows me all of the comments from both facebook and instagram in one spot and I do not have to log onto each app individually. Gladly, it did not crash today. When i need help with something; the support people speak with you directly and will answer your question instead of giving you a robot response.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

It costs way too much money when adding more than ten accounts. They're ripping me off. And my vision is blurry as well but i know how mad i was when i realized that instagram carousels send a notification to my phone saying "post." Why am i using a scheduler if i have to manually post it anyway. Also, twitter analytics cost money now; which is annoying.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It prevents me from going crazy having to login into 50 different accounts. All i do is add everything to the calendar and let it go. Mass scheduling is literally the only reason i've been able to continue doing this job without quitting. It tracks all of the client comments and allows me to simply reply to all of them at once so that i can finally get some rest.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

I love that it's one platform that can integrate so many different social media platforms. I feel like I have only scratched the surface of features that Sprout Social has to offer, but I use it daily for social media scheduling, social listening, and analytics. The interface is easy to use and the built-in AI tools have been useful and helped me save time.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

I'd love if it were a bit easier to find specific metrics and reports without going on a bit of a search through the menus. My team creates quarterly analytics dashboards to measure our success, which includes data I get from Sprout, but also from Google Analytics and Meltwater. It would be nice to have that feature integrated into Sprout's platform.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprout is a must have for social scheduling and saves me hours of time manually inputting repetitive information into individual social platforms.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

I really love that i have an inbox (smart) that gathers all my clients' messages and comments into one place as opposed to having to bounce around 5 different apps on my phone while my battery dies. It will also tell you the best times to send your posts to each platform and i notice a huge difference in engagement when I actually listen to those recommendations vs. sending them at random.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

Instagram integration seems to be half-baked... can't respond to comments/posts without leaving the app and going directly to instagram, which somewhat defeats the purpose. And the annoying part... trying to get out of the contract is difficult... auto-renewal... good luck canceling... without emailing back and fourth at least 3 times.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It stops me from having to log into 5 different apps just to check my messages or make sure a post goes out and everything related to my clients is housed in one calendar so we never have to guess what is being sent and when. Via "listening"... I also dont have to wait until a client forwards me a screen shot of an article/magazine/etc about our brand.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

I enjoy how intuitive and responsive the user interface is. It is easy to navigate through all the different menus and tabs. There is a great onboarding program for new users which is extremely helpful and a support team readily available to help me whenever I need them.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

I do dislike the fact that I have to continually have to relog back into my account when I have an existing session on my laptop already. It does make it a bit annoying since I have the 2 factor authentication protocol initiatied on my account. I also dislike how limited analytics can be. I wish it was more customizable in terms of paid and organic performance throughout all social media platforms.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving all my publishing needs. By giving me an optimal time to post my content for my clients. I like how it also keeps all my clients organized on my dashboard so I am not making a mistake by posting the wrong content to the wrong client. I struggled keeping everything organized before with Hootsuite but with Sprout that makes it automatically easier by separating the clients into groups.

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

I like having all my accounts in one platform for scheduling posts and reviewing analytics. The AI alt-text feature is fantastic. Location tagging used to work better, so I don’t really bother with that feature anymore. Support also used to be better when you could chat with an agent; now you only get an email response, so it takes much longer to resolve issues. Overall, I’m happy with the performance of Sprout, and it rarely fails to post. It’s also very user-friendly. Sprout is pricey but it helps run all my accounts.  I haven't used the integrations yet but I hope to soon.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

location tagging isn't great and I don't like the shift from reaching an online agent to help solve issues

**What do you like best about Sprout Social?**

I really enjoy the fact that sprout sends an alert when someone posts something to your Google or yelp profile. This way i don’t have to continually hit the refresh button on my browser to check for new comments. I also love how easy it is to respond to customer complaints directly through the sprout platform – i’m able to write responses very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sprout Social?**

Sprouts rating system doesn’t make any sense. For example, even though i’ve got ten great reviews, as soon as i get one negative review, the needle drops. Another thing i’d like to be improved upon would be having better pre-written responses to frequently asked questions. I find it to be extremely annoying to continuously have to press the “insert” key and rewrite the same response over and over again.

**What problems is Sprout Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Sprout Social allows us to view what our customers are saying about our business on their social media sites (ie. Google). It prevents us from making educated guesses of why our customers aren’t happy with our services by providing all of the survey data in a clean and organized format. Using Sprout Social creates a centralized location where we can address customer complaints prior to them turning into larger issues.
