**What do you like best about Social Status?**

Social Status is very simple to use, predictable (unlike Meta Business Suite) and intuitive in data organization that requires virtually no clean-up by me before sharing with my team. Made integrating into my weekly systems seamless.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

I am not so happy about the limitation on number of social platforms I can get reports on here. Also it would be cool if I could combine the instagram, facebook, linkedin, youtube, and our website data so it would be one report and draw insights on trends. This would make an upgrade a no brainer for me.

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making our communications execution a transparent experience for my team, which invites their collaboration on our storytelling and ensuring their buy in.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

It's very easy to navigate the platform, self-explained and user friendly. The onboarding is very smooth and the platform is being demonstrated very well. The function is exactly what our team needs - from social profile tracking to competitor analysis. The metrics are holistic and the charts are easy to read and able to be toggled. The data are accurate so far and the customer support is timely.

I like how it ease our team's workload on recurring reporting and accelerate the analysis during our quick turnaround time for proposals. 

The highlight from other tool is this has a clear split between paid and organic reach for posts for Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

Nothing so far.
It would be better if the tool can provide estimated reach/impression for competitor analysis so the engagement rate can't only be follower base.

Looking forward to the competitor ER benchmark by industry - which would be very helpful for our clients.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

I absolutely love Social Status. It’s hands down the most user-friendly analytics platform I’ve ever used as a creator. It makes building a truly sustainable brand feel so much lighter because it does all of the heaviest lifting for you. As a creator, it's a tool that I wish I had found years and years ago because it would have helped me see that my content really did have depth and my community really was engaged, even when the numbers didn't feel like it on the outside.

It took me all of 5 minutes to connect all 3 of my accounts, and I could immediately see the analytics pooling in. I've tried software at the same monthly subscription price point and the data refresh rate was 2 days. That, for me, was a huge selling point. If a brand I want to work with is asking for my analytics, I want to be able to send my report and have it include the IG Reel I posted 10 hours before. The speed of this software is genius in itself. I haven't been this excited about posting in probably about a year. I finally feel like I really understand what I'm building because I have all the data to back it.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

I can't really say there is a downside to Social Status at the moment. Data is leverage, and the more you have, the more opportunities you create. It's actually taken me months to find this software. Most are entirely unaffordable or only designed for 50-person teams. It was the first time for me that analytics felt like they were designed with both creators and brands in mind.

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping me find confidence in my brand and my content. Content can take a lot out of you, especially when you feel like you're at the mercy of the forever-changing algorithm. Being able to open my browser and read about my engagement for the week or see how well a spontaneous thought connected with my community is the greatest form of leverage any creator can ever have. I've always been into data tracking, but Social Status does it in a way that makes it feel so much less stressful and so much more empowering.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

As a marketing and content production specialist, this is by far the best tool in the market to do so. I've won client pitches using Social Status' analytics and its saved me hours of work and allowed me to provide services I wouldn't be able to otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

Just (selfishly) wish the free trial had more!

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone in marketing, it takes me hours and lots of technical knowledge to provide accurate and in-depth analytics. Social Status solves that practically instantly.

It is really well set out and easy to understand

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

If just needing a small business plan for 1 account it is not possible to add on a longer data history period beyond 3 months which is just not enough time. Understandably this is expensive on the back-end however having an opt-in option or something may solve this.

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I cannot access enough data within Instagram for account analytics and this impacts my ability to report to clients.

**What do you like best about Social Status?**

While looking for a social media analytics platform, I wanted a tool that would specifically provide numbers and analysis for how our content was performing. Whether it was the high cost or extra features like reporting and listening that we didn't require, there were plenty of options that didn't fit our needs, but then was able to find Social Status which saved the day. They provided extremely flexible plans that included all the data we were looking for on all the core platforms. That combined with great data history options, plenty of seat availability and their plan quote options made the decision to go with Social Status a no-brainer. In the early stages it has been a pleasure working with Tim Hill and am looking forward to our continued work with Social Status.

**What do you dislike about Social Status?**

I have not found any downside to Social Status yet!

**What problems is Social Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to find an all-in-one analytics reporting tool that is reliable and won't cost a fortune. Social Status was exactly the tool we were looking for as our business continues to scale!
