It solves the issue of not knowing how to start with super complex tools, making everything easy. The smartest thing about Smartlead is its user interface; it's hands down the best I've seen out of any tool. The campaigns are fairly easy to start and then run, and overall organization is fine. I wouldn't write home about it, but it wasn't an issue for me to figure out how to use it fairly quickly. **What do you dislike about Smartlead?** I came to Smartlead from Instantly, and there are a few things that hold me back from jumping on a plan. 1. It only opens to SmartProspect. I assume that their primary use is for prospecting/lead enrichment, but it's frustrating to not open to a dashboard or a neutral index page. 2. There is a serious lag in data reporting. It would take easily 30 minutes to over an hour for the reporting data to catch up with real time. With bounces, fine. With replies, that's an issue. I'm checking on my campaign several times a day, so it was easy to see the lag. 3. There's also a serious issue with reporting replies. OOO Reply indicates it's automated, not necessarily OOO. Additionally, any non-positive reply (whether automated or not) is reported as OOO. Of 3 replies, 1 was automated and 2 were not. However, because none of them were not positive, all were counted as OOO (which is untrue). 4. Customer support is a big deal-breaker for me. This is a tool that we have to implement across the company, and I want to know that there's a team I can trust behind it. When I brought up the OOO Reply concerns, the agent didn't understand what I was saying and then was dismissive of the issue. If this was a simple misunderstanding, I could understand it. But this was a larger reporting issue that's either a bug or a mis-step in reporting design. **What problems is Smartlead solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cold emailing ### 4. Also, the setup process is pretty straightforward, but connecting everything is difficult and takes me a day or more to connect 200 inboxes individually.
