Easy to capture screens and alter the flow of the showcases. They have been VERY responsive to us when we find a bug or suggest a new feature. It was simple to get started and we are planning to use it for some internal projects as well. **What do you dislike about SmartCue?** Wish we could directly integrate with PowerPoint to push slides from a presentation into the SmartCue showcases.
