What do you like best about SmartCue?

Initially, I procured SmartCue to enhance our product demos, aiming to provide a more immersive and interactive experience for our prospects. What I didn't expect was the sheer adaptability of the tool! Beyond its core functionality, SmartCue has brought incredible value across different sectors of our organization. The ability to craft tailored experiences and track user engagement is apparently a universal need! What do you dislike about SmartCue?

It's hard to point out any significant drawbacks. I guess my only "dislike" is that I didn't realize sooner how versatile SmartCue would be for multiple departments! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartCue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The original intent was to refine our product demos, and SmartCue has done that superbly. But it didn't stop there. With teams like Commercial Enablement, Sales, and Solution Consulting jumping on board, it's evident that SmartCue fills a universal gap. It enables a cohesive, interactive approach to communication, both internal and external. For me, it's solidified the thought that good tools have a way of permeating boundaries.
