Initially, I procured SmartCue to enhance our product demos, aiming to provide a more immersive and interactive experience for our prospects. What do you dislike about SmartCue?

What problems is SmartCue solving and how is that benefiting you?

The original intent was to refine our product demos, and SmartCue has done that superbly. But it didn't stop there. With teams like Commercial Enablement, Sales, and Solution Consulting jumping on board, it's evident that SmartCue fills a universal gap. It enables a cohesive, interactive approach to communication, both internal and external. For me, it's solidified the thought that good tools have a way of permeating boundaries. What do you like best about SmartCue?

SmartCue is very intuitive and easy to use. It solves a real problem of creating demos quickly and without needing to record a perfect shot using video. What do you like best about SmartCue?

We have used it for a few months now, and are starting to incorporate some showcases in our trade show demos. Easy to capture screens and alter the flow of the showcases. They have been VERY responsive to us when we find a bug or suggest a new feature. It was simple to get started and we are planning to use it for some internal projects as well. What do you dislike about SmartCue?

Wish we could directly integrate with PowerPoint to push slides from a presentation into the SmartCue showcases. Would like to have a little more control over the overall look of the showcases (title bars should be able to be removed or edited) but overall very happy with the tool.
