What do you like best about SmartCue?

Our search for a user-friendly tool to enrich our enablement processes ended with SmartCue. It empowers us to create and share interactive tutorials lightning fast - we have already created 200+ in less than a month with SmartCue! This has substantially boosted our productivity and customer support function. Its simplicity and affordability have made it a team favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartCue?

Small team trying to execute a lot of customer requests so they tend to be a little slow in providing enhancements. But that will change as they grow so I am not worried! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
