Smartcue lets me create tailored demos of Kloudle. Kloudle is a deep-tech cloud security SaaS product. We have sometimes struggled to convey its value just with text and video. They are fairly early in their journey. We hope to see their builder improve further. Templates would be nice to have. The value of Smartcue is that we build amazing showcases. So best practices as templates would make this product even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SmartCue solving and how is that benefiting you? After we started using SmartCue, explaining the value and benefits of complicated capabilities in our product became a breeze. Now instead of everyone booking a demo call, they click through the showcases. A bit of a background on what we unlocked with Smartcue. KLOUDLE has four outstanding capabilities for DevOps Teams tasked with cloud security. The capabilities are about the visibility of cloud assets, security misconfigurations, how to fix such complex security issues and how to enable automation to enforce security policies on all of them. We have always struggled to explain the depth of these features before this. We used to describe complicated aspects of public cloud providers ( AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, DigitalOcean, Azure and more) and how we automate the critical task of cloud security. While doing this, we had the challenging task of showcasing how we are different from our competition, how our workflow-based approach is helpful for developers etc. Even as founders, sometimes we did a fantastic job of doing this and sometimes would hash it up. Smartcue has allowed us to capture the vital essence of our product and showcase it to anyone who wants a demo from the founder but prefers to watch one instead of talking to us over a call. Before, we tried Loom to record videos. While it is great for some use cases, the ability to annotate on top of our product screen is of incredible value. On top of that, compared to the video, our potential users and buyers are in complete control of the flow of the demo showcase.
