**What do you like best about Slido?**

I really like Slido's enhanced integration with platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, making engagement during virtual events easier. The improved analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into audience participation, and the expanded custom branding options allow for a more professional look. Additionally, the new interactive polls and quizzes make participation more fun. Overall, these updates significantly enhance the experience for both organizers and attendees!

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

Slido is effective but can improve by enhancing customization, expanding integrations, and offering better analytics. Adding offline functionality, improving the mobile experience, and including gamification would increase participation. Better multi-language support and more poll options could also boost engagement. These changes could significantly enhance Slido.

 ### 2. Empowers Interactive Presentations with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdullah H. | CEO, Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

I like using Slido because it creates a sort of interactivity with the audience that everyone loves and appreciates. It gives me insight directly about what the audience understands and thinks. The interactivity part is really amazing, allowing me to create a baseline understanding by making the audience vote throughout the presentation, and the results showing up on the slides are impressive. I find the setup really easy, as I can install the add-ons in PowerPoint, connect it with my browser and account seamlessly, and see templates and voting results in my slides directly. It's been an amazing experience, and the audience loves it.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

I would really like to see Slido in Canva, and their pricing model need to be adjusted. In addition to that, I want them to be like Quizlet or something like that to maybe enable some quizzes, not only voting or interaction. I maybe want them to have a quiz inside my PowerPoint and to share them the results and the correct answers after the lecture has ended to their emails.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Slido to create interactivity with the audience during my presentations, helping them engage and appreciate the creativity of the session. It provides direct insights into audience understanding and opinions, enhancing the interactive experience.

 ### 3. Engaging Classroom That Work Great with Google Slides

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sid B. | Director of Digital Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

In the teaching profession, I find Slido has useful features, such as the whole-class quiz, which gives instant responses back to a group of students. I have used four of the available features, including the word cloud, and this was particularly effective in junior classes. In summary, I have tried 4 different features in my classroom (Google Slides) almost works seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

Slido is a simple-to-use add-on for Google Slides. However, at times when I change a question or make a modification, such as updating a Q&A. At times, the change doesn’t reflect during the presentation. The workaround is to remove the question and recreate it, which usually solves the issue, but it would be great if this could be improved.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an educator, I often present to large audiences or groups of students and try to make sessions as interactive as possible. With Slido, students stay engaged and are less likely to get distracted by things like mobile phones or talking with each other; instead, they focus on the screen and try to answer the questions. It also kind of gamifies the experience when the teacher adds time limits, which makes it even more interesting.

 ### 4. Slido Makes Audience Engagement Effortless with Intuitive Polls and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hidayatullah . | Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

Slido is easy to use and effective at increasing audience engagement during meetings, webinars, and events. Features such as live polls, Q&A, and word clouds run smoothly and feel very intuitive, even for first-time users. I also find the integration with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Microsoft Teams especially convenient, making it simple to use in professional settings.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

Some of the more advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller teams. Also, the customization options for visuals and branding could be broadened so it’s easier to align the look and feel with corporate presentation styles.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slido addresses the challenge of low audience participation by enabling real-time interaction and anonymous feedback. It makes it easy to collect insights quickly, keeps participants engaged throughout, and helps meetings feel more dynamic, inclusive, and interactive.

 ### 5. Slido Empowers Shy Audiences to Ask Questions Freely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renato V. | Independent consultant in economics, sustainability, monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, and GIS, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

I like that its questions feature encourages participation from audiences that are typically shy. We have been running our natural capital community of practice seminars for a few years on Zoom and even when a fair amount of people join in, there is never anyone brave to go on live and ask questions. Last time we used Slido and the questions kept coming in. It turns out, people just wanted someone else to ask the questions for them and Slido empowered them to ask freely.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

No downsides that I can think of. It did its job fine.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Participant interaction with our community of practice.

 ### 6. Interactive Meetings with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shyma S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

I use Slido to make meetings and presentations more interactive. It helps me run live polls, collect questions (even anonymously), and get instant feedback from the audience. It's simple, engaging, and makes sessions feel more organized and professional. What I like most about Slido is the live polling and anonymous Q&A feature. It makes it easy for everyone to participate, even those who are shy, and gives instant feedback that keeps meetings and presentations engaging and interactive. I also appreciate how it integrates smoothly with presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and meeting platforms like Zoom, making live sessions more interactive without interrupting the flow. We switched to Slido from another tool because it integrates better with our presentation tools, feels more intuitive for live Q&A, and was more cost-effective for our team. It was very easy to set up; we set everything up quickly, and the team picked it up right away without much training. It's been reliable, easy to use, and works really well for our events.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

I think the free version has some limitations, especially with advanced features and participant limits. Sometimes customization options for polls and layouts could be more flexible. I'd like more poll types, better customization for colors and layouts, and more detailed analytics. It would also be great if some advanced features were available in lower plans.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Slido to make meetings interactive, solving low engagement by collecting questions, running live polls, and getting instant feedback, which makes sessions productive.

 ### 7. Easy PowerPoint Integration with Flexible Slide Editing on Web or PP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela d. | Education advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

Really liked how easy it was to use and to integrate into PowerPoint. I liked how you can manage and amend each slide from either PP or the webiste.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

There wasn't very much I disliked. It took me a minute to figure out what I was doing but once I had understood this, it was very easy

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I give training talks virtually and it has enabled theses sessions to be more interactive. A difficult thing to do when you have a classroom full of students, none of which are near the microphone!

 ### 8. Goodbye Awkward Silences, Hello Real Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K.C. S. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

Slido is a fantastic tool for making presentations feel like a real conversation instead of a one-way lecture. What stands out most to me is the anonymous Q&A, which really levels the playing field and gives even the quietest people in the room a comfortable way to ask thoughtful, insightful questions without feeling any pressure.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

The PowerPoint integration feels incredibly clunky. It often lags or even crashes at the worst possible moment—right when I’m trying to build momentum during a live presentation. I also find the pricing structure for the “Pro” features pretty stingy, since it puts basic necessities like data exports behind a paywall that feels more like a ransom than a fair upgrade.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, Slido is a lifesaver for anyone who’s ever felt that cringe-worthy tension during a dead Q&A session, or who’s struggled to get a straight answer from a distracted crowd. It takes away the social anxiety of having to raise your hand, and it makes meetings feel less like a boring lecture and more like a real, two-way conversation—one where people actually feel comfortable speaking up and being honest.

 ### 9. Keeping Online and In Person Audiences Engaged

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Slido?**

What I appreciate most about Slido is its ability to engage both in-person and online audiences so effectively. It really helped close the gap between these two formats, ensuring everyone had an equal chance to participate and ask questions. I found Slido straightforward to learn, easy to navigate, and simple to integrate into my presentation. The fact that I could use it for free was an added bonus. Making use of the Q&A and quiz features kept both the audience and myself, as the presenter, actively involved throughout the session, which made delivering training more interactive and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

Honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks. It was extremely easy to use and integrate.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slido addresses the challenge of engaging diverse audiences, especially when conducting training sessions for both in-person and online participants simultaneously. Without a tool like Slido, it can be hard to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute, to manage questions smoothly, and to maintain high energy levels in both settings.

By offering an easy way for participants to submit questions, join polls, and participate in quizzes in real time, Slido breaks down the barriers that often limit online engagement and also helps in-person attendees feel more comfortable joining in. This results in a more inclusive and balanced experience for everyone involved.

As a presenter, I found that Slido allowed me to keep the session interactive without disrupting the flow of my presentation. The Q&A feature made it simple to organise questions, while the quiz function enabled me to quickly assess understanding and keep the group interested. Overall, Slido made delivering training sessions more dynamic, manageable, and effective for both the audience and myself.

 ### 10. Successful Community Engagement Event

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah S. | Community Engagement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Slido?**

Every part of the system was easy to use, the help center was spot on and answered all questions quickly and efficiently. The integration with Google Slides was seamless. We used polls, and live Q&A for an in-person event and the community LOVED it and everyone old to young was able to participate with their smart phones. I only used it once, but will be coming back again to use it again. Loved the option to buy for a "one time" use of the upgraded features. The data export is also perfect.

**What do you dislike about Slido?**

My ONLY tiny issue was that it took me a few tries to get the Google Slide extension to download, but I think that was a user error.

**What problems is Slido solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Community connection! Made it easy to hear from a lot of people in a short time and get instant feedback that others can see.
