We find it so helpful that the whole team has access to all the same documents and pick up where another left off. Love the emails from Daniel! **What do you dislike about SignHouse?** The least favorite is the simplicity of adding users. I am not sure if I have to buy a whole new plan or if I can just add users. **What problems is SignHouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily manage signatures. I would love to see a feature that would allow for a 1st signature and then after 1st party signs, then the 2nd signature could be added. For contract purposes, it is important to our business certain parties sign first. ### 2. Also, being able to manage contact information is brilliant. **What do you dislike about SignHouse?** There is filtering by completion status or creator but It would be great if there were more filtering/search options, like filter by contact or document name. **What problems is SignHouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** The cost of using docusign or other platforms is outragous. The lifetime plan of unlimited signatures is the way it shoud be! ### 3. Has a lifetime license option with a reasonable price. Responsive to technical concerns although resolution could take time to implement. There is no need to install any app and it can be used on your computer or on any mobile phone. **What do you dislike about SignHouse?** The branding on the signature can be a little bit obtrusive. You need to pay more if you want your own branding or remove their branding on the signature. **What problems is SignHouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** No expensive monthly fees with a lifetime license plan. When sending legal documents, it's imporant your client (the recipient) feels safe and secure when handling the signing. So far, the feedback has been all positive. They have a solid roadmap, full of upcoming features. Very happy with the support and service to this point. **What do you dislike about SignHouse?** I can't really think of anything offhand **What problems is SignHouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inefficiency of Traditional Signatures- Signhouse has streamlined the process and made the signing process much more convienent. Security and Authentication Concerns- SignHouse uses encryption and robust authentication methods to ensure the security and integrity of signed documents. Audit Trails: Detailed audit trails provide a clear record of the signing process, including timestamps and the identity of signatories. Remote Work Challenges- SignHouse enables seamless collaboration ### 5. I needed a signature software that could have a password protected package and SignHouse helped me out greatly! **What do you dislike about SignHouse?** The drawback to Sign house in it's current state is the inability to upload multiple documents in a single envalope. You have to use their PDF merger tool and then upload that document to SignHouse. However, they are intending to fix this eventually so this may not matter soon. **What problems is SignHouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sign house is providing me with password protected envelopes for my clients informaiton at rates that work for my seasonal load. ### 6. The features are far from basic for a newer company. I have no idea how they’ve managed to be both simple and robust—but they have! All the essential features one would need from an e-signature platform are there, plus a few others. You literally login, upload your document, configure it and send it off for signing. Couldn't be easier and you don't have to worry about any monthly payments with the LTD! **What do you dislike about SignHouse?** The SignHouse branding can only be removed on the Startup plans or higher which isn't the cheapest for a smaller business, but worth it if you need to have documents signed often. **What problems is SignHouse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create documents for signing without having to worry about high monthly fees for using the service. ### 9.
