Also sometimes when I create another shipment the notification doesn't get sent to customer unless I toggle it, I wish it was automatic. **What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to effeciently ship packages, view and manage orders, quickly check shipment, quick to request refund, make multiple shipping labels per order. One thing could be if they would better integrate with Klaviyo to accommodate for a better experience with emailing shipment confirmation emails but that could also fall partly on Klaviyo too. **What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?** When receiving lots of orders during the busy season, it is very important to have some automation in place. We're having trouble with the email component and we also have issues with the inventory integration. We'd prefer if we had the inventory pulled from listing Mirror and synced for the fulfillment, however, it seems that the inventory comes the other way around. **What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform does allow us to centralize our direct-to-consumer operation, therefore simplifying how we ship things. Once they engaged everything ran much smoother. They are growing and doing acquisitions and improving the technology constantly. Part of our issue was we scaled out of the platform for a couple days, which IS NOT going to happen to 99.9% of companies. **What do you dislike about ShipStation?** Update: I did dislike the customer service at tier 1, however, I was able to get escalated and they solved my problem once I was speaking with higher tiers. My biggest suggestion would be to create a fast lane past the standard escalation process for outliers like our situation **Recommendations to others considering ShipStation:** It is a great solution for the price. We scaled so quickly that the system wasn't designed to handle the volume. However, the chances of that happening to many companies is slim to none. Mostly pandemic driven purchasing in this use case. I would go with ShipStation if you need a good, easy to implement solution that is affordable. The executive team is great! **What problems is ShipStation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We build out a 10,000 package a day fulfilment center from scratch in 3 months with ShipStation.
