**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Scale fusion enables us to create configuration profiles that we can quickly assign to devices for deployment in the field.  I like the user interface and how quickly I can navigate to a specific device and push a profile.  I leverage the location tracking and lost device feature to find misplaced or stolen devices.  Scalefusion also has a very easy-to-use way to configure the main screen layout of what the user will see on the device.  I was able to configure the wallpaper and application placement so each user has a consistent setup.  This makes it easy to explain how to use the device to crews in the field.  Another great feature of Scalefusion is that it can manage Android and iOS devices all in one application.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Scalefusion is very functional and easy to use.    

One improvement idea would be the ability to set up device profile inheritance.  Sometimes I would like to make a slight change to a device profile.  There is a copy feature, but I don't want to orphan the profile... just add one additional application or chane.  It would be nice to have the ability to have a profile extension or inherit from another profile.  This way, I could make changes to the base profile and all extended profiles would get that change.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion is facilitating the management of all of our crew's mobile devices.  This includes iPhones, iPads, and Android phones used in the field.  I can create configuration profiles for the different roles in our company and apply those easily to the devices as needed.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

The team is always available to offer assistance with your support requests. They have a "tag team" strategy that I like very much. Sometimes when asking for support, I have to walk away from my desk, and even if the engineer is not available when I return, the next engineer on the support channel is there to offer follow-up. When the request is  complex, they offer remote support; to this day, there have not been many support requests they have been unable to solve. They follow up with you to ensure your questions are answered thoroughly. To name a few, Ratnesh, Ananth, and Sohan these guys are pros at what they do.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

I can't think of anything  I dislike about the support team. They are professional and willing to go the extra mile to answer our questions. No issues to talk about on this end.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us with an important project where we must protect confidential information on mobile devices. Ensure the user has what they need to do their work and keep the security to the max.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Let me preface this with my personal bias. I have worked in IT for eight years, mainly in the Sysadmin and Helpdesk Roles. My past working for various companies has let me experience multiple support tools and vendors. Some vendors are good, some not so good, as I am sure anyone in a similar position can attest. When a company blows you away after this much experience with different features/support models, it is something of note. Scalefusion has blown me away.

We manage a large fleet of Android devices. Without Scalefusion's easy deployment capabilities, fast support methods (Namely, Remote Cast and Control), and remote administrator tools, I would be unable to provide the same level of support and service to our users. Scalefusion is critical to my day to day. Deployment to new devices is a snap with the QR Code deployment options. This feature has directly reduced the time required to onboard a new user. Remote Cast and Control allows for easy remote access to the devices; with this, I can provide instant troubleshooting to my end users. To scratch the surface of what Scalefusion offers us. 

All above is to say nothing of Scalefusion's support staff. I have run into surprisingly few issues with Scalefusion's actual products; however, I often reach out to the support staff for questions and licensing adjustments. Whenever I reach out to support, I am shocked by the resolution time and how quickly I am in contact with a tech. Regarding more advanced licensing issues: I am instantly contacting my account rep, Bhuvi Parhi, who knocks it out quickly and easily for me. Bhuvi Parhi seems to pay special attention to our account, taking care to understand our use case and attempting to improve our workflow with Scalefusion's abilities/features. I know Bhuvi Parhi has other accounts to manage, but I can't tell, which is just a testament to how impressed I am with the support team and Bhuvi Parhi in particular. I am a massive fan of this support model and wish other companies would follow suit.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

As I stated above, I frequently reach out regarding licensing adjustments. 

Essentially, to keep my licenses billing simultaneously, I have to reach out to the support team for assistance; while not a big deal as we can always get this done within minutes of me requesting the change, I wish there was a way to complete this myself without having to bug the support staff. 

All in all, this is the only thing I could find to complain about; I had to really think to find any issues, nitpick, and be petty about something so small. I hope this can be changed in the future; however, even if it never is, it won't change my option on this great bit of kit.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion solves several problems, as I listed above. Namely, Remote Support, as our devices are located nationwide. Being able to wake, login, and perform administrator capabilities remotely is crucial to my day-to-day operations. Pushing out applications, shortcuts and managing these changes via a profile system is fantastic for our particular workflow, adjusting what the end-users see without requiring any downtime for IT work. 

Scalefusion is also very helpful with our onboarding process, as we onboard new devices at least once a month. Scalefusion has made what used to take days to perform an operation that takes minutes for tens of devices at a time. Allowing me to focus on more pressing and time-sensitive issues.

Scalefusion is a great solution for managing our company's devices remotely. It has many features which give us ample information on the state of our devices, and various reports can be exported from it. Scalefusion enables us to track and easily access our devices remotely. The support team is always ready to help and to offer suggestions on how to make the best out of Scalefusion. They go out of their way to solve any issues that may arise, and on a couple of occasions, the support team has even come up with built-in solutions to meet our specific needs.

The dashboard could be more user-friendly, and some of the menus could be better organized.

Scalefusion is excellent for setting up kiosks around your company. Setting up your devices and restricting access to only the necessary parts is very easy. The admin panel gives you complete control for remote support and allows you to change settings without being next to the specified device.

Scalefusion has many settings this can be overwhelming, but it's not a big problem because it is an easy learning curve.

Scalefusion has helped the problem of workers clocking in on a device and misusing it for non-work related tasks. With scale fusion, i can easily allow them only to use the necessary apps/websites.

Every time I have an issue with one of our company-managed devices I receive a response in less than a minute. Sometimes I get sidetracked and fail to respond, if this happens they literally will message me periodically until I confirm with them that I'm all set.

There has been no downside since our company switched over to Scale Fusion.

We switched over to Scale Fusion to better manage our Mobile devices. They have been of tremendous benefit we no longer encounter bricked Ipads/Iphones which was a major headache before, and we are better able to push out needed apps to devices immediately as well as track the devices.

Great support by  Mr Riyaz for his support, He made many queries solved which were raised couple ok weeks before to other staff. Made more clarity on the restriction and permission part. All of the issues have been handled by Riyaz on time.

Some limitations with respect to Youtube access, Accessing a particular page for example.
Defining rules related to sub group.

It's honestly the best device management solution I've used. The remote management and monitoring feature is a blast. It's so convenient to be able to lock and unlock my Android devices and help the user anytime they need it.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Depending on the Android OS version, the Remote Session app on the device, which provides the ability to manage the device remotely, sometimes needs to be launched by the user.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, it's a personal need to help not-so-technical people remotely, so I can solve any problem that might arise in a few minutes. Also, being able to restrict the use of desired apps and lock access to device settings is a great way to avoid unforeseen errors or accidental actions.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Scalefusion makes managing our mobile devices easy. Their support is always there to help us resolve any issues we have quickly. It's nice they provide support for both PC's and MacOS, most recently I was helped by Piyush to renew my Apple Push Notification Certificate.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

The only issue I have had with Scalefusion is that they do not support ChromeOS. We had purchased a ChromeBook but found out after the fact that the OS is not supported

Scalefusion helps us keep track of our all our company devices. It consolidates all devices onto one single dashboard and makes monitoring, locking, or resetting devices easy.

The team at Scalefusion goes above & beyond to help you solve issues. Scalefusion makes asking support as easy as pie. You can chat within the interface, email, or set up a call with your Scalefusion account rep. Also, the dashboard is well-organized.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to harness its power fully. So, it's best set up by IT and plan on spending time getting to know it. Don't hesitate though in asking support for questions. Also, there are limits as to what Scalefusion can do. So, you may find some things you'd like to automate but can't. That's not necessarily their fault. Sounds like there are limits to what they can do within the Apple environment.

Scalefusion allows us to apply consistency across our fleet of phones. Remote problem solving features & passcode resets are a plus too.

Setting up MDM by yourself can be really difficult. But the customer support is really amazing here. They explain everything so clearly that it's really hard to not understand it. 

Every time i contact chat they explain everything with printscreens and you know directly where you need to go to. I set up my whole MDM system by myself because of them!

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Well the interface of the whole site has alot of options. Maybe its better to easy that up a bit with simple steps. It would also help people to contact chat more less.

The customer support really helps you. They look deep in your account and send you the right information with pictures etc. Normally people send you to a FAQ and you have to find out yourself.

Scalefusion is intuitive and scalable. For us, security is also an important factor, our apps need to be locked to the device without any possibility of changing the app, switching networks, or accessing device information. Scalefusion solves this without any problem.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

I don't have any significant dislike, however, the documentation could be improved slightly. Sometimes I have trouble finding an answer to a specific concern, mostly because I don't know how to phrase the question and it can be difficult to navigate the documentation. The chat support is excellent though!

Scalefusion enables us to manage devices installed in 3rd party businesses, it keeps them secure, up to date and provides us with all the necessary information we need to detect malfunctions, improper use, or incorrect placements.

You can set it up remotely, it's not too hard to use and it has a very responsive support team. For the issues I've had while setting up, the Scalefusion support was always readily available to assist me.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

I've witnessed a couple of times unresponsiveness from the server. Some of the options are a bit hidden, so I would take them out in the front. If you have an unlicensed device, for instance, which I had because of some error, it won't be listed in "all devices" so it took me some time to figure out why I can't remove my old device.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a Kiosk mode for our software and we were having a hard time setting up the default Windows Kiosk mode, but after figuring out couple of issues with preparing the software for the Scalefusion Kiosk mode, everything was generally smooth.

I can see the devices in their various locations, I can upload and remove content and apps on the devices without being physically next to the phone.  Being able to see the health of the devices over time.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Steep learning curve - it would be great to have instructional videos in the help section to help users learn about features and navigate the platform. If these exist, I have not seen them and I have no idea where to find them.

Device management across different geographies and reduces support costs. No need to travel from country to country to provide support.

Well laid out admin interface. Support is quick to reply, and even made a custom version of their app to address a specific problem i was having. And as a trucking company we loved that they had a speed based restriction policy that lets us block apps when truck is in motion.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Haven't found a genuine dislike yet. However, I have recommended to them to add the ability to block app overdraw permission on a  per-app basis.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing a fleet of truck ELDs deployed across the US, plus the ability to remote and address driver problems in real-time is a huge plus.

We were floored by the number of options and customizing you can do on devices meant for users, the scalefusion interface allows you to neatly organise all your apps and functions that your business requires and to exactly define the purpose of the user controlled smart device.

We hadn't had any issues with SF in months of using it, the only wish I had (which has nothing to do with the fantastic app) is that integrating iOS devices wasn't such an endeavour, but thats more of an Apple thing.

We have been happy. We have had some unknown issues, like remote service cut off, possibly due to a Samsung Knox related reason, but Scalefusion has been very helpful to solve and trying to find the cause for this.

There's very limited custom app storage and you can't enable/disable the ability to uninstall/clear app data on individual apps. Otherwise, no issues with Scalefusion directly.

Scalefusion has been a huge improvement over our previous solution.
