## SAP Concur Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Expense Approvals and Travel Booking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sudarshan H. | Senior Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

It’s easy to submit expenses and get them approved. It’s also great for searching flights, hotels, and cabs when I’m traveling for business. Overall, travel management feels really straightforward with it, and it makes my business trips much less of a hassle. App center is also really nice space for exploring options.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The app’s AI features feel limited right now. It may be useful for creating an itinerary, but I’d like to see stronger AI capabilities overall, especially to make report approvals faster and smoother. I’d also appreciate more integrations in the App Center, since having additional options there would make the app more flexible.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me search for flights, hotels, and cabs when I’m traveling for business. The app center also makes it easy to explore different available options and integrations, so I can choose what works best for my needs.

  ### 2. Robust Travel and Expense Solution with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirag S. | Senior Software Engineer - AI/ML, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I love SAP Concur's travel module. It's really good because it has so many integrated partners allowing me to book flights, hotels, and other services directly. Additionally, the AI features are impressive; I can scan receipts using my phone, and it automatically categorizes items and associates costs in the expense entry. This is a very good feature. The integration of partners like airline and hotel services, along with the ability to compare prices directly within the platform, enhances the experience significantly.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

There are some features on the analytics side that could be improved, specifically the reporting side. Right now, there's a lack of dashboard feasibility, and if we want intelligent automation, that can be improved. The current Cognos reporting is fine, but on visualization and analytics purposes, there could be more. The budget side configuration also requires more flexibility, as it takes a lot of time to set up.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for expense management, handling travel plans, and processing employee expenses systematically, reducing the manual process, and providing budget control and refund flexibility.

  ### 3. Easy Navigation, Simple Format, and Flexible Profiles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** olga m. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Navigating is easy, format is simple and being able to work for under a different profile for others makes things work easy. It saves time when booking all travel aspects from flights, car rentals and lodging. It allows to organize preferences and frequent flyer information, emergency contact and all other important information if ever needed. Allows to view fare prices and make comparisons. Accurately allows to view expense reports.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It can get a bit confusing when trying to break down expenses if the initial dates can’t be changed. The navigation also feels overly complex when I’m trying to correct or edit travel requests to match the actual expense reports, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us comply accurately with our organization’s policies and procedures, which reduces errors in submissions. It also uses tools to capture the correct information and keep it free from mistakes.

  ### 4. SAP Concur Boosts Spending Control and Automation for Smarter Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vidhi S. | Accounting Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The biggest upside of SAP Concur is control + automation of company spending, which leads to time savings, better compliance, and smarter financial decisions.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur has some drawbacks such as a complex and non‑intuitive interface, which can make it difficult for new users to learn and navigate. Many users also report slow performance, too many steps for simple tasks, and occasional technical issues like login or receipt upload problems.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps solve key business problems like manual and time‑consuming expense reporting, lack of visibility into company spending, and delays in approvals and reimbursements. It replaces paper-based or disconnected systems with automated workflows, improving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. It also helps control costs by enforcing company policies and providing real-time insights into spending, allowing organizations to make better financial decisions and reduce operational inefficiencies.

  ### 5. Easy to Use with Best-in-Class Receipt Capture and Fast Approvals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela R. | Enterprise Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

It’s very easy to use, and the in-app receipt capture is the best. It also connects to my corporate card, which makes expense submission simple. Approvals are very fast.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It does have a lot of mandatory fields to fill out and it can become burdensome. I also dislike calculating the tax, I travel a lot so the state taxes and conversion of it is a pain.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses for employees who travel would be helpful, since paying upfront feels unnecessary. There should be more corporate cards available, but then I guess SAP Concur wouldn’t exist.

  ### 6. Excellent train booking experience with SAP Concur

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Similoluwa A. | Business Process Improvement Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I used SAP concur to book my train journeys and select my seats and it was so easy to use. I was able to select the type of seats I wanted, if i needed a table, a charging space etc.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It was a bit difficult to use at first as I didn't understand some of the fields but I got a hang of it later on. I think some of the fields are a bit duplicated in terms of filling in the answers to the questions asked.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP concur helps me book my train before hand, so I don't worry about getting a train ticket before a big journey. The tickets are easily sent to my email and I can rest assurred on my ride.

  ### 7. SAP Concur Brings Structure and Clarity to Expense Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali A. | IT Support Specialist, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur centralize and automates expense management and, in addition, has a solid and helpful mobile app. I can easily scan receipts on the go and submit any expense quickly, track and be able to track approvals right away. The platform integrates well with our finance system, which greatly reduces manual data entry.
I also appreciate the compliance and policy enforcement built into the system. It automatically flags out-of-policy expenses, helping maintain corporate standards and reducing back‑and‑forth with finance. Overall, Concur brings structure and clarity to processes that are usually chaotic.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Despite its strengths, SAP Concur has a few drawbacks. Some parts of the interface feel dated and unintuitive, especially for first-time users. The mobile app is convenient, but it can occasionally be slow or glitchy particularly when uploading receipts or syncing data. Customization options often require admin involvement, which makes simple changes feel more complex than they should be. And if your organization has many expense rules, the system can feel overly strict, which can lead to delays in submissions.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur solves the challenge of managing expense reporting and approvals in one unified platform. Instead of dealing with scattered receipts, spreadsheets, and manual approvals, everything is streamlined through automated workflows. I have saved a lot of time using this app and it has helped me to not only sort out my receipt but also gives me fully visibility regarding overall expenses.
Ultimately, SAP Concur reduces administrative stress and ensures expenses are processed accurately and efficiently, allowing me to focus more on higher-value work rather than tedious paperwork.

  ### 8. SAP Concur Simplifies Expense Management with Strong Visibility and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mina B. | Assistant Financial Accountant, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like best about SAP Concur is how it simplifies expense management and improves visibility over employee spending. I find the automated approval workflows, receipt matching, and clear audit trail particularly useful. It reduces manual data entry, helps ensure expenses comply with company policies, and makes month-end reconciliation more efficient. The reporting features also make it easier to review transactions, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The system can sometimes feel slow and less intuitive, especially when correcting rejected expenses or resolving receipt-matching issues. Some processes also require too many steps for simple tasks.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps automate expense claims, approvals, and receipt tracking. This reduces manual work, improves accuracy, and makes reconciliations and month-end reporting more efficient.

  ### 9. SAP Concur: Streamlined Expense and Travel Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben B. | Director, Supply Chain Digital Capabilities, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that SAP Concur allows me to book my hotel, car, and flights together, all tied to my company information and credit card. The expense reporting feature is helpful as it pulls in all my T&E credit card expenses and allows me to categorize them for submission, and it pays the credit card on time. The new user interface is a big improvement for the travel side, making it more modern and similar to other travel sites. The mobile app is pretty good; it allows me to take pictures of receipts and attach them to an expense report, which is a key need for me. It also lets me approve expense reports while traveling. Overall, booking travel is much easier with the new UI.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The mobile app should make taking pictures of receipts easier. One click would be preferable. Currently, when I take a picture of a receipt, it automatically creates an expense transaction in Concur, resulting in a duplicate entry when the actual expense comes in from the credit card interface. I would prefer an easy way to attach the receipt to the receipt picture repository instead.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur lets me book travel with my company info and credit card efficiently. It streamlines expense reporting by pulling T&E expenses for quick categorization and timely credit card payments. The mobile app simplifies receipt handling and expense approvals.

  ### 10. Easy Expense Submissions with Smooth, One-Time Bank Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya D. | Software Engineer II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

It’s easy to submit any expense request, and I don’t have to worry about the approval process. The bank account integration is also a one-time setup, so there’s no need to redo it or deal with extra rework later.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

During my first-time setup and initial navigation on the website, I wasn’t sure which values I should enter to get the right approvals. For example, I’m unclear about which expense category to use for lunch, and which one to select for a phone bill reimbursement. I also don’t know whether that phone bill reimbursement is covered under my company’s reimbursement policy.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concur helps solve the challenge of employee reimbursements in a huge organization. It does a good job up to a point, but it isn’t always easy to use, especially because large organizations often have multiple types of expense reports to manage.

  ### 11. Easy Mobile Receipt Submissions That Simplify Expense Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cally C. | IT Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The mobile app! So easy to submit receipts on the go & keep track of expenses. Receipts can be the worst part so this makes the process a lot easier and more manageable.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

If you are managing another account for someone, the mobile app does not work super well for that which is disappointing. I do help with another users expenses and when I switch over on mobile, I can not do everything needed.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The old fashioned way of using paper is how it’s helping. I just upload a pic of the receipt and everything is digital. No need for paper trails any more and it is so simple.

  ### 12. Easy to Use, All-in-One Scheduling and Learning in SAP Concur

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harmony B. | Insurance Advisor senior, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

This program makes it easy to submit mileage or expense reimbursements for each staff member, allowing accounting to access the information quickly and accurately as they reimburse on our payroll system.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I have not yet found a feature that I dislike in SAP Concur. Everything works as it should and is a reliable system for our large company. We have had no negative impacts from the system not working as it should.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves our travel management and expense tracking for this large company, making it easier for the accounting department to track all expenses from each employee.

  ### 13. Smart Receipt Scanning and Seamless Trip Expense Reports

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill R. | Event Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like that I can just take pics of my receipts while traveling with the mobile app and it automatically extracts the important details. That saves a lot of manual entry later and helps when or if I lose a receipt. I also appreciate that I can book flights, hotels, and rental cars for one trip and those expenses go right into one report, so then all of my trip details are connected and split up where I have to find them.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It can be less user friendly and complex for casual users. It can also be quite redundant, asking the same questions within each individual expense..

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since everything is done in one space, I don't have to waste my time with spreadsheets or other reports for my expenses. The turn around time is also very good. Reimbursements happen quickly.

  ### 14. Structured, Efficient Expense & Travel Management with Helpful Mobile Receipt Capture

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nijat I. | Full-stack Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

SAP Concur is integral to expense report and travel reporting processes. It allows travelers to make travel arrangements, reserve hotels, book air travel, and enter their expenses all in a single location, significantly reducing the amount of paperwork involved in the entire process. By entering expenses into the SAP Concur system immediately after a purchase has occurred, receipts can be automatically matched with that transaction and entered into the expense report without having to be stored separately for future use. The approval process is clear and easy to track; you can easily find your report’s status without having to email anyone for updates.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The interface can feel a bit dense, especially when submitting more complex expense reports with multiple cost centers or exceptions. Sometimes it takes a few extra clicks to adjust entries or fix mismatches, and performance can slow down slightly when working with larger reports. It works reliably, but there’s room for simplification in the UI.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary advantage of using this method of tracking expenses is that it eliminates the need to manually track expenses and speeds up the speed at which reimbursement happens. Expenses are tracked in one place, policies are enforced automatically, and approval processes throughout the organization are consistent. As a result, errors are reduced, reimbursement is completed more quickly, and there is always an audit trail. The benefits of all these improvements means that less time will be spent on administrative duties and more time can be dedicated to completing actual project work for clients.

  ### 15. Intuitive, User-Friendly Workflow with Smart Built-In Checks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aranab R. | Consulting Principal (Associate Director), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Easy to use and user friendly interface. Intuitive and no cognitive overload. Workflow based and inbuilt checks and balances, proactive recommendations/prompts

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Report customization tools for casual users: Powerful but hard‑to‑discover filters and layouts tend to be ignored or misused by non‑finance users,Overly complex expense entry flows: Multiple screens, pop‑ups, and flags for a single receipt make simple claims feel slow and cumbersome

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur is mainly solving the problem of fragmented, manual travel, expense, and invoice processes that are slow, error‑prone, and hard to control. By digitising receipts, automating policy checks, and integrating with ERP/HR/finance systems, it gives finance and IT teams a single view of all spend, improving compliance, auditability, and budget control.Faster reimbursement, less manual data entry, and simpler approvals, while organisations see lower processing costs, fewer policy violations, and measurable savings in T&E and invoice handling.

  ### 16. Simple Mobile Experience with Smart Expense Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishikkesh B. | Senior Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

The mobile experience is very simple and easy to use. also the automatic expense creation is very good. Smart notification ad mileage tracking helps me add my expenses quickly

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Sometimes the performance in uploading the ticket receipts take longer. Also switching tabs sometimes feels lagging. As a new user, there wsa some steep learning curve initially but later it was good

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to add reciepts for company reimbursements during the company travel. Mostly use the phone app, which is fast and easy and convenient for me.

  ### 17. Great travel booking and hotel comparisons, but slow and error-prone at times

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** faye M. | Revenue Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

You can book travel without having to claim back expenses from finance. It compares hotel rates and displays a map for better viability. The pricing can be better than booking.com etc.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Sometimes it can be slow, not very user friendly. Brings up a lot of errors. Booking trains can be very time consuming and hard to figure out. Doesn't let you choose a seat.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows finance to have screenshots of all receipts and confirmations. This reduces a lot of manual effort. It allows me as a manager to have control over what my employees are spending.

  ### 18. Easy Claim Submission with Clear Tracking and Proactive Warnings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prasanth K. | Enterprise Architect | Cloud Transformation Leader | Driving Multi-Cloud Strategy, Solutions | DevSecOps Excellence | Innovation Resilient Infrastructure at Scale, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Its easy process to submit claims. Once you have the base request in place, the traversing is o easy and you can raise claims until the base request is expired.
Alsoo, We can track the flow of request and it proactively highlights the issues/warnings that would restrict us to submit the claim.
We use it almost every week for one or other claims for self and teams.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

There are too many fields to fill-in even for the known categories.
Also, some warnings continue to persist even after the claim is approved which doesnt make any sense. (Ex: Warning: Warning: This line item has a Rejection Code associated. Please review and take the appropriate action.)

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well the tool itself is for tracking the claim process. So it saves hell lot of time chasing people for approvals which is very much the process followed in most companies.
The tool eliminates such one-on-one followup for managers to approve, and I really appreciate this.
All the claims submitted are throughly review even before submitting by means of warning and errors which avoids most cases (rejection and resubmission cases).

  ### 19. Expense Tracking with Time-Saving Receipt Capture in SAP Concur

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heena B. | Executive Legal Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like most about SAP Concur is how easy it makes submitting and tracking expenses. The receipt capture feature in SAP Concur saves me a lot of time, and the automatic import of card transactions helps keep everything organized, accurate, and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing I dislike about SAP Concur is that the interface can feel a bit complicated at times, especially when I’m creating or editing expense reports. Simple tasks occasionally require a few extra steps, and moving between different sections of the app isn’t always as intuitive as I’d expect.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual expense reporting, lack of visibility in spending, slow approval.
Concur solves the challenge of manually tracking and submitting expenses by automating receipts, card transactions, and approvals. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier for me to submit and track expenses until reimbursement.

  ### 20. Effortless Travel Management with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pravallika Y. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like the ease at which I can book travels while adhering to the corporate policy. The feature where I can hold an itinerary for 24 hours for flights is particularly useful. It's convenient having a one-stop solution for any corporate travels, hotel reservations, and car rentals. We're also enabling WalkMe features to improve ease of booking for customers. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and using SAP Concur is easy and helpful overall.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

We use FCM as our travel partner for Offline countries, I hope that can be another SAP solution so that we don't have to worry about integrations.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for travel and expense management. It simplifies expense reports and travel bookings, making it easy to adhere to corporate policies. I appreciate the ability to hold an itinerary for 24 hours and the integration with other booking solutions for a seamless experience.

  ### 21. Easy Expense Tracking with Minor Frustrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina M. | WLA Account manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I find SAP Concur really easy to access, especially for creating an expense account and expense report. The process is simplified because all the specific reimbursement codes are listed within the system, so I don't have to look up any codes separately. I just enter how many miles I went and where, and all the other expense codes are included automatically. This makes the whole process of filling out expense reports and getting reimbursed very straightforward and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The only thing that I found slightly annoying is when I'm putting in a specific expense, especially if it's a repeated expense like car mileage. There should be a way to continually add and create another line item expense for car mileage. Instead, I have to go back in each time to do a separate car mileage for each trip, and that seems unnecessary. Also, initially, it didn't know all the codes, and I had the wrong codes, which was not clear.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur reimburses me for car mileage easily. It simplifies creating expense reports, with reimbursement codes readily available, so I just enter mileage details without extra steps. The system makes it easy to fill in everything, saving time.

  ### 22. Effortless Expense Management with SAP Concur

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omer A. | Administration Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like how SAP Concur simplifies organizing business trips, including planning, booking, and tracking daily experiences. It's convenient to just take a photo of receipts and upload them immediately, and the system automatically categorizes expenses like transport, food, and accommodation, supporting multiple currencies without needing complex manual calculations. The ease of using the interface is clear, even for beginners, and the multilingual support is a bonus. The system makes expense reporting straightforward and less stressful, especially when traveling. It's easy to set up and use and is really helpful for managing everything related to trips, including handling multiple currencies.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

none

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur simplifies planning, booking, and tracking business trips, supports multiple currencies, and auto-categorizes expenses by type. It's easy to set up and use across countries, reduces manual calculations, and is useful for expense reporting.

  ### 23. Gets Expenses Done, but Concur’s Interface and Receipt Handling Need UX Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Senior Manager of Applications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

It does seem to get the job done. I submit receipts to accounting and they get stuff paid. You can start working on your expense report before it's due and save your progress, so that it's not one big piece of with at the end.

It also keeps track of certain vendors and what account you should code them to

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Concur has a bit of an odd interface. Receipt images are saved and uploaded in a weird way. Making and keeping track of reports always seems idiomatic and not intuitive. As a developer myself, I'd say the application needs some investment in UX.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Concur for submitting expense reports for corporate credit cards. I've never had a problem getting that basic requirement done. You can also email receipts and have them get imported automatically.

  ### 24. Too Many Fields Make Expense Submissions a Pain

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jeff c. | sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

It got me paid for all of my expenses but not much more as it was a challenge to work with. I had to fill in so many fields to get paid and it was not intuitive

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It was a total pain to work with. It had so many fields to complete and nothing populated so it took me so much time to get my expenses paid. In the end, I would just not submit expenses under $20 and pay it myself to avoid the headache

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was not solving any problems for me and was not benefiting me in any way. I thought it was a way to make expenses so challenging that people would not hit up their company for expenses and just cover them on their own

  ### 25. Streamlined Travel and Expense Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit G. | Full stack developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I mainly use SAP Concur to handle my work travel and expense claims. What I like most about SAP Concur is how it keeps everything in one place. I don’t have to juggle different tools for booking travel and filing expenses—it’s all connected, which makes things a lot simpler. One feature that really stands out to me is the receipt upload, especially through the mobile app. I can just snap a photo right after a purchase and not worry about losing receipts later. The automatic expense categorization and pre-filled details also save a lot of time when creating reports. I also appreciate how it flags anything that might be out of policy before I submit a report. It avoids surprises or rejections later. Overall, it just makes a process that used to feel tedious much more manageable. The system guides you through most of it, and the implementation support from the Concur team helped us get the core setup running without too much confusion. I like how a lot of the details get filled in automatically, so creating an expense report doesn’t feel like a chore. Another thing that stands out is the built-in policy checks. It’s helpful that the system flags anything that might be an issue before submission, so there’s less chance of rejection or delays. Overall, it takes something that used to be pretty tedious and makes it much more straightforward and manageable.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While SAP Concur is really useful overall, there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The interface can feel a bit outdated and not always intuitive, especially for new users. Sometimes it takes more clicks than it should to complete simple tasks like editing or reviewing expenses. The mobile app is helpful for uploading receipts, but it can be a bit slow or glitchy at times. I’ve had moments where uploads didn’t sync properly or I had to retry actions, which can be frustrating when you’re on the go. Another area that could be better is the search and filtering when looking through past expenses or reports—it’s not always as smooth or flexible as I’d like, especially if you’re trying to find something specific from a while back. I also think the initial setup of expense categories and policies can make things feel rigid. If something doesn’t neatly fit into a category, it can take extra effort to adjust or explain. A few additional improvements could really enhance my overall experience with SAP Concur. One big one would be better integrations with other tools. For example, smoother syncing with calendar apps or email could help automatically capture travel details without needing manual input. It would also be useful if corporate card transactions showed up faster and matched more accurately with expenses.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur simplifies my travel and expense management by organizing bookings and claims in one place. It reduces errors with auto-filled reports and built-in policy checks. The mobile app eases receipt handling, saving time and reducing stress from managing multiple expenses.

  ### 26. Concur Simplifies Expense & Travel Management with Seamless Card Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamini V. | Cloud Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Concur simplify and improve my expense and travel management. The mobile application prevents my from losing the receipts in a business trip and the automatic expenses posting eliminates my entries. The integration with my company credit card and the approval process keep the transparency.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

The interface is a little clunky and isn't always intuitive for a first time user. You'll sometimes encounter errors when uploading receipts or when syncing data that cause delays. Being able to configure reports and policies is not as fluid as it could be.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The expense tracking and reimbursements are made easier now and there is no use of spreadsheets or emails. We were able to achieve accuracy, lesser processing time and faster approvals. Overall it maintains better control of the finance and everything is available at one place.

  ### 27. A Convenient All-in-One Tool for Managing travel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tahir H. | Principle Product Manager - OneStream, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Sap concur is a very useful trip planning tool. I find it a convenient place to manage all my trip planning elements from Hotels, flights and car hire. It has links to all major airlines and major hotel brands as well as car hire companies. You can also add in your memberships to get points

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Sometimes SAP Concur does not have all the low cost carriers enabled. When booking hotels not all hotel rates are visible and you do have to click the hotel and request the rates which then pulls through.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this company it is being used as the one stop shop to manage all travel plans for employees. The benefit is everyone is hung a common tool so managed by one team, it is leverages better rates and applies to all.

  ### 28. SAP Concur Makes Expense Tracking and Reporting Easy and Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Riya A. | Marketing Operations Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

What I like best about SAP Concur is that it makes expense tracking and reporting much easier and organized.

All the expense and travel data is stored in one place, which helps reduce manual work and makes the data more accurate. This is especially useful for reporting, as it becomes easier to track spending and create clear reports.

The automation features, like uploading receipts and generating expense reports, also save a lot of time. Overall, it improves visibility into company spending and helps in making better decisions based on data.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

One thing I dislike about SAP Concur is that the user interface can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive at times. Some features take time to understand, especially for new users, which can slow down the overall process. Tasks like submitting expenses or navigating between sections are not always as smooth as expected.
Also, while the platform offers strong reporting capabilities, customizing reports can sometimes be limited or require additional effort.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of managing and tracking company expenses in a structured way. Without a system like this, expense tracking can be very manual, scattered across different tools. It also becomes difficult to maintain consistency and visibility across teams. It brings all expense, travel, and invoice data into one platform and automates processes like receipt capture, expense submission, and approvals.

For me, this is beneficial because it provides clean and centralized data, which makes reporting much easier. It also reduces manual effort and improves data accuracy, allowing me to focus more on analyzing spending patterns and generating insights instead of fixing data issues.

Overall, it helps in better budget tracking and supports more data-driven decision-making.

  ### 29. Streamlines Invoice Processing with Some Glitches

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur to process and review invoices, and it's great for amending approval workflows and running reports. It streamlines the approval delegation of authority processes and makes it easier to process invoices because it automatically picks up the invoice number. I really like how SAP Concur helps make work more efficient. Before using it, we gained approvals via email and processed invoices manually, which increased the risk of errors. Now, once I click submit, the invoice goes straight to the approver, and then to the next approver when they approve, so I don't need to check how approvals are proceeding as much.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Its approval matrix is quite intricate and there isn't much room for personalization. Also, if a workflow is submitted without approvers, it gets approved straight away which is a high control risk. And when you realize you need to change the vendor after processing the invoice before clicking submit, the approval flow disappears for some reason. So weird glitches like this are a key negative. I wasn't involved directly but I heard that the initial setup was quite intricate and tough to do. Lots of calls with systems teams were requested.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to streamline approval processes and manage invoices easier, reducing manual work and error risk. It makes my work more efficient by automating approval workflows.

  ### 30. Automates Expense Reporting with Minor UI and Performance Issues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neha S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like the automation and convenience of SAP Concur the most, especially the ability to quickly upload receipts and submit expenses without manual entry. It saves time, reduces errors, and makes the reimbursement process more transparent. The automation and convenience really make a difference because they remove a lot of small, repetitive tasks that usually slow things down. When it comes to uploading receipts, the biggest benefit is speed and accuracy. Instead of saving paper receipts or typing everything later, I just snap a photo right away, and the system automatically reads details like the date, amount, and vendor, which means less manual entry and fewer mistakes. It also reduces the risk of losing receipts, which is a common issue during traveling. Submitting expenses is simplified as well as automations categorize expenses and match them with receipts, so reports are created much faster. The system guides me and flags everything that might be out of policy before submission, which avoids back and forth with the finance team. These features save time by reducing manual work, improve accuracy by minimizing human error, speed up reimbursement because approvals happen fast, and reduce stress by keeping everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

There are a few areas where it could work better. The interface can feel cluttered and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Finding specific options or navigating between sections sometimes takes extra time. While convenient, the mobile app can be inconsistent—features may be limited compared to desktop, and occasional glitches slow things down. Auto capture is not always perfect; it sometimes misreads amounts, dates, or vendors, which means you still have to double-check and edit entries. Loading times can be slow, particularly when submitting reports or attaching multiple receipts. Even though the workflows are automated, delays can still happen if approvals get stuck or notifications are not clear.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage chaos and inefficiency in tracking, submitting, and reimbursing expenses. It digitizes receipts, speeds approvals, ensures compliance with company policies, and offers real-time spending insights. Managers can approve expenses quickly, reducing manual work and improving clarity.

  ### 31. Innovative, User-Friendly Expense Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bella K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

I like SAP Concur because it's very user-friendly, even for an absolute beginner, which makes it easy to set up and use. I appreciate its ability to categorize my expenses and help me analyze them so I can make better choices in the future. The function to determine the best flight route with the best price is something I really appreciate. It's also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

It is very responsive, however, I appreciate it if questions are asked first before giving the reply. For example, if the prompts are vague, specific questions should be asked so that the outcome would be better.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur helps me categorize and analyze my expenses, guiding me to make better choices in the future.

  ### 32. Streamlined Expense Management, Some UI Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barzakh T. | Business Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur to manage business travel and expense reporting, and it helps me book trips, track receipts, and submit expense claims efficiently. I like how convenient it is to have everything in one platform, which reduces the need to manually collect and organize receipts. The mobile support is great for capturing receipts on the go and automatically matching them to expenses, particularly when I'm traveling. It is time-efficient and streamlines the approval process. One of the main advantages I appreciate is the centralization of the system, meaning I don’t need to switch between different tools or keep separate spreadsheets for expenses, travel bookings, and receipts.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Sometimes the interface feels a bit unintuitive, especially for first-time users. A key improvement would be simplifying and standardizing the user flow across both platforms. Reducing the steps required to submit or modify expenses and making frequently used actions more prominently accessible. Also, better real-time guidance like tooltips when users are stuck would help.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to manage travel and expense reporting. It simplifies booking trips, tracking receipts, and submitting claims. It reduces manual effort and errors and centralizes everything, especially with mobile receipt capture, making it time-efficient and streamlining approvals.

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I like the customizable fields in SAP Concur that work well for matching back to our accounts and finance. The structured data and drop-downs make it easy for us to implement changes to expenses for improved reporting with the team. The latest AI feature is great for general expenses, as it allows me to upload multiple receipts and images, with most of the information being automatically pulled through. These features offer a deeper connection with our business, better reporting insights, and quicker automation capabilities. I also found the initial setup to be simple and well-guided with lots of documentation.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I think there could be better ways to automate and speed up the concept of expenses from a personal perspective. I also wish there was better integration into mailboxes and automatic invoices, and that everything you purchase and order through connected email is better linked. Integration with other interfaces like Slack and other workspace software would be beneficial for daily activities.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur lets me handle expenses and view overheads easily. It provides a robust system for payments at scale. Customizable fields improve reporting, and the AI feature speeds up expense management by extracting data from multiple receipts.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

There isn’t much I dislike about Concur. That said, I think the way rejection reasons are added when auditing an expense report could be more efficient. Also, the option to delete an image from a line could be improved, especially when the picture was added through the app.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur is a tool that gives the company many options to “force” employees to be compliant. In my company, this is reinforced regularly, and employees are expected to follow the policies.

The onboarding was a bit difficult, and it took me a while to get everything up and running. There isn’t much training available on how the program works, so I ended up reaching out to customer service several times for help.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s saving me a lot of time when reconciling the credit card. Concur posts to QuickBooks in just a few clicks, and everything is already coded. The postings are clear and very easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I don’t see any issues so far with the features I’ve been using. The old UX wasn’t that intuitive, but with the latest UX it’s much better, and it feels fast as well.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expense tracking is the key issue this solves for me. I’ve linked my Uber, ACT (network provider), and other accounts, so the expenses are automatically tracked in SAP and I don’t have to do anything.

  ### 43. Effortless, Organized Expense Reporting with SAP Concur

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aarti N. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

  ### 44. Powerful Real-Time Insights, But can have Complex Interface for some people

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laith Q. | Business Intelligence Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I use SAP Concur for expense management, and it really helps our finance team by automating policy checks like limits, which reduces manual data entry and provides clear audit trails. I also appreciate the real-time dashboards and reporting features, as they offer instant insights into spending without needing to wait until the month's end. These tools allow us to quickly identify policy breaches and prevent any budget overruns before they occur. The centralized, searchable records are another feature I like, as they make it easy to find everything in one place. Additionally, it provides a live feed to monitor trends, so we can easily track cost increases in a specific region or with a vendor.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Aside from the cost of using, which is quite high, when I started using SAP Concur, it felt complex. I feel like there is a chance the interface could be more modernized and updated. It feels like there are too many steps for simple tasks, like submitting an expense requires some steps that can be shortened. I feel like the different screens of travel, expense, and invoice feel unaligned in a sense that they are not the same. It was time-consuming and intense to be honest. We took our time to define all the policies and rules so that we don't use a ready template. Setup every approval path and exception scenario. Integration was also not very easy.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur for expense management, automating expense capture, scanning receipts, standardizing reports, and reducing manual data entry.

  ### 45. Powerful Compliance and Reporting, But a Dated, Click-Heavy User Experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I've used SAP Concur for expense management and found it to be a robust platform with strong controls and reporting capabilities, particularly for larger organisations. The receipt capture functionality and automated workflows help streamline the expense process, and it integrates well with wider finance systems.

That said, the user experience can feel quite dated and unintuitive at times. Simple tasks often require multiple clicks, and navigating the platform isn't always straightforward, especially for infrequent users. There can also be delays in syncing information and occasional frustrations with approval workflows.

Overall, SAP Concur is a powerful tool from a compliance and governance perspective, but there is room for improvement when it comes to usability and the overall employee experience. It does the job well, but it isn't always the most user-friendly expense platform available.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

I've used SAP Concur for expense management and found it to be a capable platform with strong reporting, compliance controls and approval workflows. It works well for managing expenses at scale and provides good visibility for both employees and finance teams.

However, there were several aspects I found frustrating from a user perspective. The interface feels dated and isn't particularly intuitive, meaning simple tasks can often take longer than expected. Uploading receipts and creating expense claims can involve multiple steps, and navigating between different sections of the platform isn't always straightforward. I also experienced occasional issues with syncing receipts and delays in approval workflows, which could make tracking submissions more difficult than it should be.

Overall, SAP Concur is a powerful and reliable expense management tool, but the user experience could be significantly improved. While it delivers well on governance and control, it lacks the simplicity and ease of use offered by some more modern alternatives.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SAP Concur is helping to solve the challenge of managing employee expenses in a consistent, compliant and auditable way. Prior to using the platform, expense submissions were more manual, making it harder to track claims, ensure policy compliance and maintain visibility over spending.

The main benefit has been having a centralised system that allows employees to submit expenses, attach receipts and track approvals in one place. It has also improved oversight for finance teams by providing clearer reporting and helping to ensure expenses are processed in line with company policy.

That said, whilst SAP Concur addresses these operational challenges effectively, some of the efficiency gains are offset by the user experience. The platform can feel cumbersome to navigate and completing expense claims can take longer than expected. However, from a governance, compliance and financial control perspective, it provides a structured process that reduces administrative burden and improves visibility of company spend.

  ### 46. Fast, Cost-Efficient Accounting Integrations with Strong, Custom Reporting

**Reviewed by:** Omer S. | Accountant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

Integrations with other accounting systems, smooth transfer of invoices, and customized reports for accruals and project budgeting. Strong reporting overall, with easy access and solid performance. It’s quick and fast to use, cost-efficient, and offers helpful intelligence.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Some fields in the filter area need to be changed every time I log in. The interface still isn’t very easy to use, even though it has improved over the last few years. The invoice manager also needs a bit of adjustment, as making it work with a single click would be an improvement.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoice management with accurate reporting, including invoice analysis and coding across different fields. It also integrates with SAP and supports customised reports tailored to business needs.

  ### 47. Effortless Reimbursements, Needs a More Intuitive Interface

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

Complex interface – New users often find it less intuitive than newer expense-management tools.
* Too many clicks – Creating reports, allocating expenses, or fixing exceptions can sometimes require several steps.
* Mobile app limitations – While receipt capture is useful, some users feel certain tasks are easier on the desktop version.
* Customization complexity – Organizations can configure Concur extensively, but that flexibility can make administration and training more difficult.
* Slow performance at times – Some companies report delays when loading reports, approving expenses, or syncing data.
* Error messages and policy rules – Automated compliance checks are valuable, but users sometimes find them confusing or overly strict.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about SAP Concur?**

I really appreciate SAP Concur for its ability to automate and simplify the expense reporting process. The mobile app is a standout feature for me, making it easy to capture receipts on the go and automatically populate expense reports, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual data entry. I find the integration with travel booking and accounting systems incredibly convenient, creating a seamless experience. The automated policy checks are helpful for ensuring compliance and minimizing errors. It’s also great that SAP Concur integrates well with other business applications in our organization, which helps automate expense tracking and reconciliation, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.

**What do you dislike about SAP Concur?**

While SAP Concur is a powerful platform, the user interface can sometimes feel outdated and difficult to navigate, especially for new users. Creating and editing expense reports may require several clicks, making the process less intuitive than expected. Occasionally, the system can be slow when loading reports or processing approvals. Additionally, better customization options and a more streamlined mobile experience would further improve usability and overall user satisfaction.

**What problems is SAP Concur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SAP Concur to automate expense reporting and improve compliance, saving time by reducing manual data entry and errors. Integrating with travel and accounting systems streamlines workflows, offering better visibility into spending, and making business travel and expense management more efficient.
