It's helping us to solve several problems, including sales data, manual tasks, and lack of visibility.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Salesmate packs a ton of value delivered with unparalleled simplicity. You get the usual contact and sales pipeline management software for the same price or better than most competitors. On top of this, they really stack up the value. I truly wanted to like both, Zoho & Insightly, but the value and simplicity were not there. On top of the basics, they pack on multiple pipelines, which I use to run various side gigs since I can use more than one email with the CRM. From scheduling software to webforms forms to marketing journeys to web chat apps to calling and texting built into the software, Salesmate is a unique value proposition in the marketplace and is a true game changer.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

Not much, could be faster loading up. The only peeve I have is the fact that when I click on links to various modules from another module, it lands me on the editing form  for that object. Hope that changes.

**What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So I have several businesses. Salesmate helps me gather leads from websites, use different telephone numbers for each business and helps me segment contact database as needed using tags, and lists. I use a different pipeline for each sales effort and project tracking. It records telephone calls and allows for text messaging. Very flexible tool

The native calling and texting, especially inside of the app are amazing.

And the support is Top Notch! Best support I've ever received from a CRM.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

I really like the very intuitive interface. It's easy to get ahold of it. They have a lot of very interesting functionnalities, that allows me to keep in track with my demanding clients.

The support is extremely reactive. I usually get an answer within five minutes and the second level support is very very reactive. I've a few issue here and there, especially with migrating from an opponent, but it was quickly solved.

They are also very open minded. I once needed a functionnality for one day from a higher plan. I just needed it for one day, in order to finish up a task. They agreed to let me use the higher plan for free for almost a week! How appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

I can't think of anything in particular. The few issues I've had here and there were resolved. I did have a few functionnality suggestions, but I can't think of anything right now.

This is quite a great product. I've explored many CRM, and salesmate is by far the best for me!

**Recommendations to others considering Salesmate:**

Make sure to be extremely aware of all functionalities. I discovered some afterwards and regretted not using them right away. Also consider the plan you want to go for. If you ever need to contact the support, make sure to be very precise and your issue will most likely be resolved fast.

**What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to have a CRM that lets me follow-up with each clients individually, withouth overwhelming me with tasks. A simple example: They have a functionnality that automatically creates a to do task if the client doesn't answer the e-mail. This is extremely helpful for follow-up and it's not overwhelming. No repetitive useless work.

I got it done. I shopped around for 3 moths tried out close and Zoho. They didn't work, I shopped Salesforce they were to expensive and probably wouldn't work.

Nothing so far it's been one month of setting up my automation journeys necessary for my niche.

I have a data subscription for possible off market real estate deals. And they are the only CRM (that actually works) I found to automation the cold call process.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Since we don't use Salesmate for "sales" but for work order organization and customer communication, it is one of the most adaptable software we've found.  From logging calls, emails (even future emails), sending text messages (even future text messages) and taking calls.  We also appreciate that the cost of texting and calling are extremely competitive - Salesmate really meets the mark!

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

Although taking calls and call quality is very good, the only thing missing is the scheduling of on/off hours so we are getting calls late at night, etc.

Organizing work orders and corresponding with each customer in various ways.

Salesmate does it all, email, texting, phone calls with recording can all be done from the CRM. It's the backbone of my insurance agency. It's organized, and helps keep me on track!

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Ease of customization and very lightweight tool, it is cloud software so we can easily log in from any device and supports the proper UI in most of the device like Macbook, Windows Machine, They also have a native android app and IOS app.

The email sync works flawlessly and syncs all the emails from my email provider.
Very helpful in adding the calendar invite to the calendar based on the activity or the demo scheduled.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

At times the product gets slow and takes time to recover, needs multiple hard refreshes to fix this and their status page is not updated at the time of the incident and they don't have a proper track of product down incidence.

The email tracking could be more accurate, it also shows the open history of the person who sent the information, also the email tracking shows the location of the server not of the person using the request, this is something that can be improved better.

Enhancement of reports would be really helpful, it would be nice if we could export data periodically from the tool on a scheduler basis.

**What problems is Salesmate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for inbound sales, outbound sales, customer success, and partner deal management. so overall the entire customer journey is managed in Salesmate across various teams in our company.

Our sales team use salesmate to manage all the prospects and convert it to closure, similarly, our partner team uses this to convert parter lead to closure. CS team uses it for customer onboarding and churn management.

Very cheap CRM option for companies who have never used a CRM in the past. Definitely worth looking at if you have never used a CRM before.

Their level of support was incredibly limited. Whenever we raised a trouble ticket it was not really addressed.

Great entry level CRM. Would definitely try it out if you need a basic CRM to monitor contact and customer emails, calls and deals. Their automation was very limited and tricky unfortunately. We also found their support to be very limited.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

Incredibly intuitive software that allows you to customize to your hearts desire. Feature-rich system, that includes pretty much everything you'd need out-of-the-box at a fraction of the cost you'll find elsewhere. Excellent reporting suite and usable by sales, marketing and customer service. As far as all-in-one solutions go, this is an excellent option.

Would be great to have calls tracked as calls through the app, but very nitpicky. Most of the main 'issues' I have elsewhere aren't present...so it's hard to dislike much about it.

Originally, we wanted a system just for sales CRM, but after overviewing we've since shifted our marketing suite over to SalesMate too. Allows us better view of our customers/members, better reporting, and overall automates a lot of tedious tasks.

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

We first set out to locate a CRM system that would help us streamline our sales and support processes while also providing improved reporting. After reviewing the functionality of Salesmate, I quickly realized that it could be used for more than simply sales. It could also be used for customer support and marketing. With the addition of forms, automation, and bulk-emailing, we decided to use it for all aspects of customer relationship management in order to gain a better 360-degree perspective of our prospects and members. We've been using Salesmate for our complete operating suite, and it's been great so far. Excellent UI, features, and customer service.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

It would be great if calls were monitored through the app, but that is a fair observation. I experienced some minor concerns, but they were all resolved. I had a couple of suggestions for functionality, but I'm at a loss for words right now.

This is a fantastic product. I've tried a lot of CRMs, and Salesmate is by far the best!

Salesmate makes it easier to keep track of leads. Its capacity to send text or email messages, as well as phone a contact, aids us in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our prospects and customers.

Great UX, Features are simple to use, Lets me do the stuff I really need - especially around triggered sequences - so many other CRM's I tried couldn't do this easily.

**What do you dislike about Salesmate?**

Very little, but it could have a better scheduler, and the sequencing is slightly less than perfect (still really good).

**Recommendations to others considering Salesmate:**

It's a fifth of the price of Hubspot, and half that of Pipedrive. What have you got to lose? It's better than both (for sales - HS is better for a marketing CRM), I can't express how seamlessly it works. Once you get up and going, you'll be shocked at how easy it can be. If, like me, you've had issues finding something that actually works that isn't SUPER expensive, this may do the trick.

Price was the first consideration when looking for a new CRM a few months ago, and Salesmate has a friendly pricing system. Some features are a must have for what I need done, so I was forced into the highest tier plan, but it was still more affordable than what I had previously been using and other providers that I looked into.

I dislike the cost of sending text messages and for phone minutes, being that every interaction costs more money. The amount billed each month isn't that month currently, but it can certaintly become exorbitant if not managed carefully.

I was ready to jump into buying Zoho CRM for our organization, when I bumped into SalesMate because one of their marketing staff reached out to us looking to be a guest author on our blog. So I decided to check out SalesMate’s website. As soon as I landed on the page, I was very impressed about what I saw listed in the features, their beautiful design, and their easy to reach support via live chat. Within 30 min, after reading a lot on the website, I decided to sign-up for the free trial.

I’m the type of guy who loves to test, click, open and see all the settings and features I can customize to truly get a feel for the software. I was very quickly impressed at how beautiful the user interface was, how well organized all the settings and features where, and the impressive level of customization the software allows. I then started looking at my list of features that I required for my team, in order to more seriously determine if this app was a real potential CRM we could use to replace AgileCRM.com, as I went through my list and searched for the functionality and features we needed, I was shockingly impressed how it checked almost all but two of our requirements - VERY impressive! No other CRM we had evaluated so far was this good in terms of features, pricing, and value for our team. The closest other one was Zoho CRM.

So yes, I’m quite impressed how SalesMate built this CRM to be sales focused, including multi-channel communication with our users and contacts via Email, SMS, and VoIP calls (all built into the app, no 3rd party app needed). They also have full native integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar and other apps we use (Such as Quickbooks Online). So yes, we love this so far!

**What do you like best about Salesmate?**

I use salemate to save me a lot of time in admin when I can send emails with tags and see who has read my emails. If there are iussues, they are quick to fix them. Their customer support is amaxing and very friendly.

I love how I can emails to group of people which need for my business and saves me time having to find the emails and typoe them one by one.

I love how I can create email templates and use which one I want when I email prospects information as it saves me a heap of time re writing the email or copy and pasting. It's a breeze.

I also love the fact I can store all my contacts and information and assign tage to each one as well as the companies. Very handy. Their improrting feature is excellent which easily stores CSV files instantly. Very handy migration tool.

Salesmate have many other features such as calling and email sequencing which I havent used as yet, but heard it's very good.

A great product and worth investing not a lot of money. It's one of the smaller CRM companies but I find they are one of the best as we aren't just a number. They value feedback and their support take their time to listen to us and help whenever I need it.

Tech issues time to time but they are quick to fix them when they arise.
I would like to see a bigger Salesmate UI email body screen to type emails. Screen is a little small, but I use Gmail UI using the Salesmate Plugin so it doesnt matter unless sending to email tags.

Be awesone if I can use Gmail with salemate Plugin for tagging instead of using the Salesmate UI.

Less admin time.
Easilly store contacts and their information and can see the email threads in their contact. Very handy when need to see the emails you have sent to customers.
email tagging. Using it every month. Saves me a heap of time as I can send an to a group of people without having to type their individual email.
Email tracking. Love it. I can see who has opoened and read my email including attachments.

The fact that clicking "DASHBOARD" STILL askes you to choose legacy or 2.0. I just want to go to my dash with one click, not two for many months. Allow us to make one the one we choose unless we change it in settings.

Also, the search feature is extremely buggy. It sometimes won't find my clients even though I am triple checking for typos, some clients just will not show up if I type their first or last name. And in the search bar you must either click the X or highlight all the text and hit backspace type to search a new name. Everywhere online and on every app except this one, allows you to immediately type new text with old text highlighted. Wish this worked with Salesmate.

From experience, I would say Salesmate is perfect for a small business (no matter how complex the set-up needed), or a medium-sized firm with a cookie-cutter product/client offering. It is fantastic as an off-the-shelf, get-what-you-see product. However, as soon as you start trying to customise Salesmate to your liking, it starts to show cracks. We ran into a number of issues in this regard, and found that the following were either not possible, or painstaking to implement: migrating custom fields, migrating notes, installing many-to-one custom fields, creating more than one product type, creating pipelines for more than one product type. Customer service at any of these junctures were lacking; the service provider typically did not understand what was being asked at first, and when they did finally understand, I was just pointed to submit a public forum request rather than given any meaningful help

We use Salesmate to manage a complex enquiry process for our borrowers. With many clients liaised with on one enquiry, fantastic email tracking and syncing (with our Office365) is essential, and Salesmate is the only product on the market at this price point to offer such a service

The mobile app so very very easy to use for remote and mobile work. CRM’s, text and email automation is great on mobile and the computer.

Automated texting is kind of confusing.  You have to enter a code before any automated text  . That make it difficult. Also, I wish Salesmate were hipaa compliant and had client document storage to serve clients in the US better.
