as a sales team lead, agentforce sales has helped my team improve pipeline visbility automated repetitive tasks, and maintain consistent engagement with prospects through the sales cycles., the platform combines CRM capabilities with AI drive insights making it easier to manage opportunities, forecast revenue and improve sales productivity,. the biggest advantage of agentforce sales is its to centralize customer information, sales activities and pipeline management in a single platform, this gives sales representatives and managers a completed view of customer interactions and opportunity progress, i regulalry use it for lead and opportunity management , pipeline tracking sales tracking , sales forecasting , activity monitoring , team performance management, customer realtionship tracking , sales process automations,  the AI powered recommendation helps sales reps prioritize opportunitiies and focus on high value activities.  the interface is modern and highly customizable .it integrated well with a broad sales technology stack. i have integrated it with Jira and Google workspace. performance is reliably for managing customer data, tracking activities, generating report and monitoring sales performance.

i dont like that the platform can feel complex for new users due to its extensive functionality , customization options, and configuration setting, while flexibility in powerful ,it can require additional training and onboarding before sales representative become fully productive, i have also found that highly customization environment can sometimes make workflows more complicated that necessary, particularly when multiple teams have different processes and reporting requirements, maintaining  consistency across dashboards, fiels and automations rules requires ongoing administration and governance.

**What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helos to solve several critical challenge related to lead management , pipeline visibility , sales productivity , forecasting and customer relation management before implementing the platform, tracking opportunities , monitoring sales activities and maintaining consistent sales processes across the team required significant manual effort, it solves problems such as limited visbility into the sales pipelines, inconsistent sales process across team members, manual data entry and administrative work, difficulty prioritizing high value opportunities ,forecasting inaccuracies, lack of centralized customer informations, its very valuable for lead ad opportunity management , sales forecasting and pipeline tracking , customer relationship management, activity monitoring and coaching performance reporting , revenue planning,. from a business perspective ,agentforce sales has helped me to improve forecasting accuracy , increase sales productivity ,reduce administrative workflow, improve pipeline visibility and enhance customer engagement, support more predictable revenue growth.

**What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

I will be using Agentforce Sales for managing lead, Opportunity and customer interaction and it has made our sales process much more organized. What I like most how everything is available in one place so i don't have to switch between different tool. The dashboard give clear view of the sales pipeline and automation features save a lot of time by handling repetitive task like follow up and record update.

Another thing I appreciate how customizable the platform. We are able to tailor fields, report and workflow to match our business process without much difficulty. The reporting feature also help us track team performance and identify opportunity that need attention. Overall it has improved collaboration within our sales team and made day by day work more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Overall experience has positive  there are few area that could be improved. The platform has a learning curve especially for new users who are not familiar with salesforce. Some advanced require additional configuration or technical knowledge which can take time to understand. The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many option available. It would be helpful if there more built onboarding guides and simpler setup for common business use cases. Once everything is configured however the platform work very well.

Before using Agentforce Sales it was difficult to keep track lead customer conversation and follow up activities. Important opportunities were sometime missed because information was scattered across different tool. With Agentforce Sales everything is managed in one place making it much easier to monitor the sales pipeline and customer interaction. The automation feature have reduced manual work and the dashboard provide clear visibility into team performance. As a result I spend less time on administrative task and more time focusing on customer and closing opportunity. Overall is has improved productivity collaboration and efficiency of our sales process.

The best favourable point Agentforce Sales seems interesting is a big step towards efficiency, mostly because of the advanced autonomous AI infrastructure employed. The solution goes beyond simple automation, as it integrates intelligent agents into the process and it allows for automatic account analysis and context aware messages with no human input required.

From the architectural point of view, the improved user interface and integrations with external applications such as Slack allow for seamless interaction, eliminates the issue of data silos and performance lags. The tool successfully eliminates administrative burdens and speeds up the process of sells. Also, the forecasting algorithm provides accurat forecasts and has a strong relation with ROI. Finally, the software works well in converting the data in CRM to action oriented pipeline managment.

The setup of the Agentforce guardrails in order to make the AI communicate in the exact way is quite taking bit efforts by admin team.
Licensing fees and the cost of additional functionalities related to the advanced AI could be quite high as making ROI tougher to justify in initial stages.

The major bottleneck which we faced was too much of administrative stuff that our sales representatives had to do manually such as entering emails into the system, changing pipelin status, and conducting research on prospects prior to calling them. Agentforce Sales has fully solved this challenge since now it has provided us with autonomous assistance.

Thus, the embedded AI agents conduct research on inbound leads and create very context specific follow up emails based on our historical CRM data. Instead of preparing during the first two hours of work in the morning, I just log into the dashboard and see all prepared tasks waiting for me. Thanks to Agentforce, our workflow has really changed since now the AI does all data entry and preliminary work for our team, which helps us save 5 to 6 hours per week per representative.

I use features like flow, custom objects, and integrations very often all these tools make it possible to reduce manual work, estandarize proccesses and give managers real-time visibility into pipeline health and team performance.

i love sles cloud because it allows me to concentrate all the information from my sales pipeline and be able to organize and provide insights base on this. 

also i have use agentforce coach and works amazing for training reps into how to sell the product

From a UI/UX perspective, some end users can feel overwhelmed when there are too many fields, related lists, buttons, and automation-driven messages on the page. Salesforce connects very well with other systems, but depending on the external platform, the integration can involve custom APIs, middleware, field mapping, error handling, and ongoing monitoring. What i like the most about agentforce Sales is how it makes more centralice everything, so the teams can manages leads, accounts, opps, and activities. Also, I like de UI and integrations that now more and more with MCP improve the client experience and possibilities. Also, the onboarding and training to unsderstand how to use it is very organized.

What i dislike the most about agentforce sales is that the platform cna become complex quickly once you move beyond the standard CRM setup and start adapting it to real business processes.

For AI and Agentforce specifically, i think the biggest challenge is performance and consistency. The AI capabilities are valuable and promising, especially because they are connected to Salesforce data and business processes, but in some cases the experience does not feel as fast or accurate as others Ai providers that are more specialized in conversational AI or coding assitance.

Integrating AI seamlessly into our CRM process has changed the game for us completly. There is no more need for tedious manual record keeping and logging, the new Agentforce AI-based system automates this part effortlessly.

I have found it very convenent to use the pipeline forecasting dashboards which offer real-time revenue forecasts to our management team with remarkable accuracy. The UI of this system is extremely user-friendly, moving from one customer interaction point to another is smooth.

What amazed me was the ease with which we integrated our Outlook and Slack system. All we had to do was click some buttons and data silos were eliminated instantly. Although this system has removed all administrative hassle for our sales reps, helping save about 4 to 5 hours per week for each team member.

**What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?**

Though the Agentforce AI functionalities offer great value for money, it's obvious that the prices offered by them are quite high. I have also observed that when syncing the data from other marketing tools, there is often some latency and the need to refresh the page. The back-end setup interface is not quite user-friendly as compared to the sleek front-end interface enjoyed by our salespeople.

The main issues we faced before implementing the platform were data fragmentation and admin dependency. Our agents spent too much time typing notes into different platforms, which made forecasting inaccurate and prevented proper follow-ups.

Agentforce Sales has fixed these issues through being our one and only smart source of truth. With Agentforce, all communications are automaticaly tracked and we see the right leads through intelligent lead scoring.

The most valuable result of implmentation is increased productivity of the whole team. Agentforce has eliminated our manual data entry process and improved our pipeline managment. It takes fewer hours per week for our admin work now and it allows our sales reps to concentrate on their primary tasks.

Agentrforce Sales has truly changed our approach to sales in a drastic manner. Before this tool, we would spend at least an hour each morning organizing leads into spreadsheets.
Lead scoring by AI has been the most impressive part for me — every morning, when I sign up, all my leads have been sorted and updated in seconds.
Email tracking helped me identify that someone opened my proposal three times today, so I called him right away and closed the deal. Results speak for themselves.
Pipeline reviews have been made easy due to the live dashboard — it saves us at least half an hour each week without preparing reports.
Our onboarding was hassle-free — with help from the Salesforce support team, we managed to become fully independent within two weeks of using Agentforce.
In regard to ROI, we've been able to cover the price of the subscription within the very first month of its use by making more deals.
Integration with Slack and Gmail ensures that there's nothing to worry about missing anything — seamless integration makes everything easier and faster.

Although Agentforce Sales is a robust software tool,  we have identified some issues based on our day-to-day experience.
The UI is complex and intimidating for a new user – whenever a new recruit comes onboard, he finds himself in a difficult situation as there are too many options on the dashboard to comprehend in the initial week. An easy beginner mode will go a long way.
The price plans can be a bit expensive since the price per user increases in case of small or mid-sized organizations. A more economical price plan will certainly do justice.
Documentation should be easier to understand – although the technical support staff is very supportive, we had to file several help requests in the initial two weeks as the documentation was poorly organized.
Sometimes there may be slow page loads especially when processing large data sets or generating various reports at once. This becomes troublesome during Monday mornings.
There are occasions where the AI recommendations do not seem to be industry-specific and relevant, thus making them less valuable.

Prior to utilizing the Agentforce Sales, our team faced three major issues — disorganized lead management, lack of pipeline transparency, and numerous manual actions that took hours each day.
Customer information was scattered around various places; however, all data now is collected in one place. The reps stopped spending their valuable time jumping from system to system — the dashboard with an intuitive UI provides a clear view of every deal stage on a daily basis.
The performance is improved most dramatically by 35% due to automated reminders and next steps; last month we closed 8 more deals since we lost none of our leads.
As for the cost savings, our company has received its return on investment already in 6 weeks since the platform pays for itself with saving approximately 20 hours per week on manual actions.
The AI technology actively analyzes deals to see which are in danger and which are prepared for closure — making the management decision-making based on data rather than intuition during the weekly meeting process.
