What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

I like how the Salesforce Platform is easy to use whether you're an admin or a developer. Creating new lightweight apps using pre-existing components is incredibly simple. I appreciate the excellent security it provides to the organization through the privileges concept. It's the best CRM for getting leads and converting them into opportunities. The simple UI with great objects like accounts, contacts, and leads etc., really stands out. The roles assignment feature makes it easy to assign proper privileges to employees or users. I find the permission sets and groups feature very helpful for giving only the required permissions to specific users. The automatic approval process is handy for smoothly sending mail to contacts after converting them into opportunities. What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Sometimes we need to logout and login to get the updated changes in our app. This one irritated me more. Also I wish Salesforce implements new feature like login with multiple accounts by switching them in single browser window. Costs increase significantly as you scale or add advanced features. It also has some issues when loading some sections like comments.

Salesforce is not just a CRM platform anymore, as I have been using it for more than a year now at PalEnable solutions. We run our sales team and service team through it and it had provided such quality in handling the data, provided actionable insights and satisfied all level of teams that required their customized 360 degree view.

Working as the implementor and the core team that customised the platform to make it suit for our business, it was relatively easy and the challenges that we faced, we could resolve it through the documentation and with help of the cutomer support team.

One aspect I dislike about Salesforce is its payment structure. The recurring fees, additional charges for extra storage, and the need to purchase various licenses make the whole process unnecessarily complicated.
