How would you rate your experience with Salesforce Platform?

Salesforce Platform is integral to my daily operations, helping me stay organized and efficient. I value its ability to centralize all customer information, making case management easier and more manageable. I like how I can create and manage customer requests, which keeps everything easy to track and organize. It allows me to prioritize tasks, monitor each case's status, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams. I also appreciate that it has everything I need in one place and that the management system for creating cases is valuable to me. What I like best about the Salesforce platform is its flexibility, scalability, and ability to adapt to changing business needs. I like how the Salesforce Platform is easy to use whether you're an admin or a developer. Creating new lightweight apps using pre-existing components is incredibly simple. I appreciate the excellent security it provides to the organization through the privileges concept. It's the best CRM for getting leads and converting them into opportunities. The simple UI with great objects like accounts, contacts, and leads etc., really stands out. The roles assignment feature makes it easy to assign proper privileges to employees or users. I find the permission sets and groups feature very helpful for giving only the required permissions to specific users. The automatic approval process is handy for smoothly sending mail to contacts after converting them into opportunities. Sometimes we need to logout and login to get the updated changes in our app. This one irritated me more. Also I wish Salesforce implements new feature like login with multiple accounts by switching them in single browser window. I appreciate that Salesforce meets the needs of my organization. It enables us to manage our students electronically in a single system across our statewide network. We can create profiles for each student and track their activity no matter where they are in the state, which helps keep everything consistent and easy to access. The system offers an intuitive user experience, allowing our sales teams to quickly adopt the platform and work with minimal friction.
Implementation is straightforward, thanks to Salesforce’s out-of-the-box features and well-defined configuration options. The enablement ecosystem including Trailhead, comprehensive documentation, and responsive customer support further accelerates productivity and onboarding.
The platform’s wide range of features, from automation and reporting to pipeline management and integrations, truly sets it apart. Salesforce connects smoothly with our other systems, ensuring reliable data flows and unified visibility throughout the business. We depend on the platform extensively, and its stability, flexibility, and scalability provide a solid foundation for our commercial operations.

I used to like the old school salesforce platform, but the new one kind of grow on me.
It's pretty fast when searching for cases and such, also like the fact that the results come back fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Costs increase significantly as you scale or add advanced features. It also has some issues when loading some sections like comments.
I also dont like the fact that if there are a lot of comments you have to click a few times to get the full comments, not very useful when you are trying to search for a config or something made before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
