What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

Very dated UX/UI. Doesn't do anything other email/marketing services can do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We pass form submission data to Pardot/Salesforce and marketing/sales teams will use that data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
