What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

There is not much that we know about the product - We bought the service with the highest level of support and training and got none. We have the product for almost two years and really don't get the value of the product. We are trying to cancell the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

Support is not responsive. When they do get back to you they have no clue as to how to train our team on the product - How can a company owned by SF have such a non-responsive customer success??? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud):

Make sure you are able to get the training needed and a contact of a manager as the AM keep changing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently the team is using pardot in the same way they use any mailing tool with scores. We WANTED to include some automation but were not successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
