Timeslips has helped our small law firm with our billing for many years. I enjoy the efficiency for getting our client bills out each month. The program itself is pretty easy to learn. My only dislike is that there is no difference between the 2018 version to any new version thereto. I believe some of the features are a bit outdated and could use some help. One feature that is quite horrid is when you go to select clients in the "generate bills" or "prebills" section, you have to individually select each client in the list. There is no "Select all". We only had one person responsible for billing because our attorneys found it to be cumbersome and unintuitive to handle their own entries. What I like best about Sage TimeSlips is the ability to set up different settings for different clients. For example, you can change how a client is billed, the rates a client is billed, and even who is assigned to which rates based on the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
