The team's organizational skills were top-notch, with clear agendas and action items after every meeting. Responsiveness was excellent, and James' expertise in Sage Intacct was a huge asset. The go-live process was smooth, and I would absolutely use Roghnu again. **What do you dislike about Roghnu?** Honestly, I can't think of anything significant that I disliked. If anything, there might be minor opportunities to enhance training, but overall, I was very impressed with the entire process and team. **What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are enabling us to implement an accounting system called Sage Intacct in a seamless and smooth way. ### 2. Their team is very capable at coming up with elegant solutions. **What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We could not run reporting using SQL from Sage Intacct. We also began tracking more granular accounting and integrating SalesForce directly with Intacct. **What do you like best about Roghnu?** Roghnu had knowledgeable people assisting us with our implementation and integration. Having just gone through a large-scale implementation at a previous employer, Roghnu was easy to work with since we knew what we wanted. They helped us fill in the blanks and get going live in an exceptional time frame. **What do you dislike about Roghnu?** We did not have any downside with using Roghnu for our implementation. **What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to integrate SalesForce with Sage Intacct. Roghnu was able to work through the issues with us, and it has saved days on our month-end close since we can now automate the process instead of waiting until the end of the month to run a manual integration and then reconcile the two systems. ### 6. We are posting quite a few historical audit adjustments and there have been refresh issues due to user errors on our side. Josh is very responsive and has expert knowledge of the system . **What do you dislike about Roghnu?** I don't have any dislikes regarding Roghnu. **What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We partnered with Roghnu to implement Sage Intacct. We have 2 distributed networks consisting of many entities, - USD and multi-currencies - and Roghnu kept the implementation moving forward at the required pace to make our deadline for going live. We have automation within Intacct, that we did not have with our previous ERP, which allows us to keep our team small while processing a large number of transactions daily and monthly. ### 9. We have been working with Jenny, who helps build our reports. Her turnaround time is fast, and she can quickly plug into our business needs. **What do you dislike about Roghnu?** There is very little that we dislike about Roghnu. The reports that we get out of the system often need formatting to get them in a visually presentable format, but it is much easier than the manual manipulation of data that we were handling before. **Recommendations to others considering Roghnu:** I highly recommend this system if you are frustrated with the limitations that Intacct reporting has to offer. **What problems is Roghnu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are primarily using Roghnu to assist with our reporting needs that our accounting software (Intacct) cannot handle. We were previously exporting large amounts of data and manually manipulating the data to get information in the report format we wanted. Roghnu does all the manual work for us while maintaining data integrity. ### 10.
