I love how user-friendly the interface is and how it automates the entire process — from finding prospects to personalizing emails. The built-in contact finder and campaign tracking features save a lot of time. Their support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance. **What do you dislike about Respona?** Overall, Respona works really well, but sometimes the contact search results can include a few outdated emails. Also, it would be great if there were more advanced filters for prospect selection and a slightly faster loading speed when handling large lists. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall efficiency it provides. **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** Respona has simplified the entire outreach and link-building process for me. Earlier, I had to use multiple tools to find contacts, send emails, and track responses — but now everything is managed in one platform. It saves a ton of effort by combining accurate prospect discovery, automatic follow ups, and verified contacts all under one tool. The interface is super intuitive to use, which makes my job so much easier, and the quality of the contact details consistently impresses me. **What do you dislike about Respona?** At first I was worried the credit system might get expensive. But honestly, after using it regularly, I realized the credits are pretty reasonably priced, especially compared to the excellent data quality and accuracy we get. The cost is comparable to other top tools we've used. One thing worth clarifying: Respona does offer an unlimited agency plan for email sending, but that doesn't apply to the credits themselves, which confused me a bit initially. **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** We dont have to work out of our prospecting sheets which can be super slow and get messy. Otherwise the other option is to just buy backlinks. Or do both. The software is easy to use, and provides a lot of value to the user. It does a lot of the work for us. **What do you dislike about Respona?** not much. It seems expensive if you dont get any links. But you have to just try it out and if you get links in a couple months its worth it. **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** its confusing and difficult to get backlinks. but respona does most of the work for us. from finding, organising, and sending. If you have the money then its worth it. ### 5. Our goal was to book as many podcast appearances and PR mentions as possible for our new company, Couch.com. We were able to successfully book over 40 podcast appearances and a number of key editorial mentions, all because of outreach with Respona and with minimal work. Our domain rating went from an 11 to a 53 as a result. A++ **What do you dislike about Respona?** The one thing about Respona that people need to consider is that it is an outreach tool and one still has to plan for resources to CONTINUE conversations that Respona may help them start. There are certainly some automation options that may help with this but it bears mentioning that there still needs to be some human involvement :) **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had no idea how to reach out to specific editorial bloggers and podcasters that would be relevant to our business without a LOT of personal legwork. Respona's AI tools were able to find and locate these entities for us with almost no work on our end aside from guiding it a little along the way. ### 6. I can quickly discover quality prospects and manage all outreach directly within Respona. Communication workflows among our team are much simpler now. **What do you dislike about Respona?** Setting up complicated outreach campaigns can take some time initially. But once you get a hang of it, it's a piece of cake after that point. **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** Respona helped us automate tedious and repetitive tasks. Since leaving, I have realized they are pretty over priced compared to alternatives and their "support" left a bad taste in my mouth. I have never seen a business behave like this and take 0 accountability. **What do you dislike about Respona?** To start my account was hacked and $495 was debited by the hacker. I was the one who told them I think my account was hacked because the usage did not match. I don't think I ever received an apology. Their brilliant solution was to enable 2-factor authentication. When I asked how to do that, they told me I had to upgrade my plan because only the next tier can use two-factor authentication- I obviously did not want to upgrade so they could have basic security for user accounts. I was then hacked the next day again and charged $10- 28 times ($280) and a charge of $775- again their excellent security is what you want to be using with your financial details. This was a total of $1550. They did refund this amount to me. I asked for all my financial details to be deleted, and very coincidently, they could not be without my entire account being deleted. After all of that, I started going through my billing records and realized I had been charged $49 extra without consent from March of this year to September of this year. I did not track this software charge since I had been using them for so many years among multiple software companies I have to pay for. My big mistake was trusting them in any capacity. I asked them to refund that and I have a feeling because they knew they charged me the extra a long enough time ago, they did not bother refunding it and instead strung me along. I asked for proof of any update I was given that the charge would be increased or any consent of mine that I gave to increase the charge, and they did not have anything to give me. I asked for this on Nov 15. Eventually, I asked for my account to be deleted because I did not want any data to exist with them. I followed up today, Dec 7, and they said that "I mentioned I would handle it with my bank (I told my bank to monitor all charges and not let any go through if possible) and that I deleted my account so they could no longer "investigate"--- which I assume means investigate what excuse to manufacture next as to why they charge people without consent. Edit (Dec 29): They have since reached out to me and tried to resolve the issue by providing the remaining refund, so I appreciate that customer support tried to resolve the issue in the end. **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** They create problems. ### 9.
