What do you like best about Reply?

UI and features list look awesome, but some still need to be developed.

Support is fast and friendly. If it weren't for the support, I would have quit the service already, so many questions appeared and were solved with the help of support agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply helps a lot with massive, focused email campaigns. I tried Reply data as a contact mining source. It was pretty easy to work with and seemed promising, but the bounce rate was too high, and contact relevance was pretty low. So, I'm looking for new tools for contact mining. What do you like best about Reply?

The way how easy I can handle prospect bases. I mean, group them, move from one to another sequence. The best UI I ever met. I like the way how can I use templates, filter and segmenting audiences (prospects), create threads and follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

It's good for bulk messaging campaigns but not that good for manual or custom. E.G. If you want to send 100 custom 1st emails and then following them up with the common follow-ups you have to create 100 different sequences. On the other hand, templates allow you to create them with less manual routines. Also, you can group your sequences. So it's not a big deal for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd recommend Reply.io as a sales engagement tool for email outreach campaigns. You can use it for sales development, influencer outreach, partnership marketing outreach, and other purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes I move prospects to a new sequence and they disappear in previous sequences. I can still see the statistics of previous sequences in the report tab. But in sequence's tab there no contacts. That's not a big deal.

Another problem is that there is no such entity as an "Account". When I reaching out prospect I'm hitting an account. So I want to see which people from certain companies are contacted and which are not.

reply has completely tarnsformed how we handle cold outreach and email automation. the platform is super good, making it easy to set up personalized sequences without any haslles. The integration with CRM is seamless and analytics provide clear insights into whats working and what not. the customer support team is alos quick to respond and they are really helful. What do you like best about Reply?

I found Reply.io to be pretty easy to use for setting up and managing sales campaigns. The interface is simple, making email personalization a walk in the park, although I wish it was a bit more intuitive, especially for those new to marketing automation. Setting up the platform was a breeze, I had no issues importing contacts, creating lists, and designing sequences for email and LinkedIn campaigns. However, there is a learning curve when optimizing these sequences to avoid small glitches that take some time to get right.

Reply.io customer support responds quickly, which is great when I need help right away. However, the quality can be hit or miss, especially with more complicated issues like integrations or billing disputes. Chat support is good for quick fixes but not so much for deep problem-solving. I use Reply.io for my Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and I can run multiple campaigns a day. However, the 400 email daily limit per user does keep things in check for deliverability.

The AI features for email personalization and sentiment analysis is where Reply.io shines, I engage with my prospects better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Some features can be a bit tricky to navigate and I had issues with the stats and reports section especially when custom fields from CSV imports don't sync as expected. Integrations with automation tools like Zapier and make.com have been mostly smooth I can create dynamic workflows but I had some issues with CRM mappings to make sure all data syncs correctly.

What do you like best about Reply?

It has a ton of great features, some I didn't even realize that would interest me. I wanted to use this to send emails out to a list of leads I purchased without adding to my regular email marketing subscription plan. It was fairly easy to set up and has more options I realize I could try out too. I'm interested in checking out the LinkedIn feature because I know that would be really beneficial to my business. What do you dislike about Reply?

The pricing is a little higher than I was hoping to pay. It also took me a little bit to figure out how to set everything up. Some settings are default to zero which I didn't realize so I had to troubleshoot to figure out why my emails weren't sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me reach out to a mass of people in the click of a button without having to pay for all of these leads being added to my regular email marketing tool. I am able to send out email communication to cold, unidentified leads with a secure way and allowing ease for people to unsubscribe if they want or learn more. Plus, one of the hardest things as a solopreneur is that I don't have time to cold call a huge list of leads. With this tool, I don't have to worry about figuring out how to cold call or to have the time to do so, I can email all of these people instead with intentional content that will do the same and save me loads of time. I really liked that when setting up the email sequence, it gave me a score rating on each piece of it to see whether someone would open the email or even reply to it and what kind of success rating the software gave the email I wrote. It really helped me figure out what to say because I was going to write an email like I do to my normal email list and it highly suggested that I don't do that. What do you like best about Reply?

The platform is great along with the warm-up and unlimited email feature. Their recent conditional sequence features help me create complex sequences easily.

If a prospect is tagging someone, and the tagged person replies, it shows as a reply by the prospect's name creating confusion.

'Reply all' option is missing in the communication thread.

What do you like best about Reply?

I have never used cold outbound email before. I find out about reply.io through youtube, and then gave a try. It was quite easy to setup, the interface is fast and user friendly, and was able to setup everything easily. They also have premade templates, but usually I will use claude to write the outbounds email. They have many useful functions. One particular I like about reply.io is their email databse. You can use it to search for contacts, and then add to sequence easily without hassle.

They also have robust feature to control email sending, so that your emails will not get flagged as spam. For new users like me, it was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using it for a while and this is what I like.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate.

Email automation features save me so much time and handy templates with personalization options make my emails feel less robotic.

I also like their support team, they are always quick to help.

Pricing seems fair for the features you get.
