"Great service - always so easy to get in touch"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

The team at Queue-It are always incredibly attentive and respond to our queries extremely quickly. We always feel supported. The dashboard is easy to use and intuitive so we find setting up queues quick and simple. The way you can adjust the queue screens to your own specification is fantastic, we've had lots of feedback from our customers that they find the indication of how long until they reach the front of the queue both reassuring and helpful. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

No negatives at all - we're really happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keep Your Website Up and Your Patrons Calm"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Once you have it set up, it is very easy for us to replicate events so it's not starting from scratch every time. It's a great amount of control, as well as valuable real time data about wait times, number of queued people, and more. Customer service has also always been very helpful for us, and it integrates so well with our ticketing software (Tessitura). We use it for major onsales, so maybe about a 12-15 times a year, but it's worth it every time to keep our website up and running. The ability to update waiting messages in real time is also a key bonus. Plus, if you run into them at a conference or trade show, they have great swag (try to snag a WAIT hat!). What do you dislike about Queue-it?

I wish the help documentation was a little more robust. Some of the rules as far as characters and spacing in set-up of rooms feels punitive, but not at all a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional for High-Traffic Events with Intuitive Configuration"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it is valued for its reliable virtual waiting room that prevents site crashes during traffic spikes, its fair and transparent queuing experience, easy integration with existing systems, real-time control and monitoring, strong stability during high-demand events, customizable queue pages, and helpful analytics for understanding user traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Queue-it is helpful but comes with some drawbacks. The main dislikes are that it interrupts the user experience, can feel unbranded or separate from the main site, and requires careful configuration to work well. Some integrations can be complex, analytics aren’t always as deep as teams want, and costs can rise for large events. Users may also get confused if messaging isn’t clear, and organizations may become overly dependent on it instead of fixing underlying scalability issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable High-Traffic Management with Seamless User Experience"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

What I like best about Queue-it is how predictably and transparently it manages high-traffic events. It gives us a controlled, orderly way to protect downstream systems during peak demand without degrading the guest experience. Instead of systems failing under sudden load, Queue-it absorbs the surge, meters users into the application at the rate our infrastructure can handle, and gives guests clear feedback about their place in line. That combination of protection + predictability + communication is extremely valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

The biggest challenge with Queue-it is that it can introduce operational complexity and guest friction if it isn’t tuned perfectly. When it’s configured well, it’s fantastic. But when it's not, we feel it immediately across Observability, Ops, and Guest Experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Managing High-Traffic Events, Easy to Use and Highly Customizable"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it has really saved our backsides many times during massive on-sale spikes! We host a relatively large ticketing and event management platform (save name) and had so much trouble managing large traffic influx during big on-sales prior to queueit introduction. Now we can handle these episodes much more effectively. Big pros are the ease of use on the admin side, configurations, lots of abilities and controls, and customization. We don't plan to discontinue queue-it anytime soon! and our platform is growing substantially each year. So we need this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

The dislikes are short list, but definitely big hits. Having the ability to enforce queue-it on a per-event basis and not platform wide is huge for us. Hoping to get that ability eventually. Also the integration of the SDK on our legacy platform was not super straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Waiting Room Setup for High-Traffic Events"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like how queueit's web UI allows for easy setup and deployment of waiting rooms for our expected high-velocity sales events on our website. We can configure multiple events at the same time across all of our sites, allowing us to control customer flow when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

We have been told that an update to the SFCC queueit cartridge would be coming this year, however, it is already December, and we have not hear about any updates yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Monitoring and Insightful Analytics with Outstanding Support"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

The ability to monitor and message folks in the waiting rooms is great. The analytics are also very insightful. It is super easy to use and inplement and the support is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

This isn't really a downside, but more of a side effect that the patrons have a longer wait in order to process (in their minds). However, the phrase "slow is smooth and smooth is fast" is applicable because the users are able to get in and out of the platform in an orderly fashion without resources hemorrhaging and servers failing. "Critical protection for Business Systems in Peak Trading"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

The thing I best like about Queue-it is it's uniqueness in the marketplace - we haven't seen another solution like it. They are niche and experts in what they do - helping us to make hay when the sun shines! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Queue-it is a little complex to understand and as such there are only a few in our team capable of setting a queue up. We find the terminology quite difficult to both understand and explain - but I think this is part and parcel of a clever technology solution to a crucial business problem to solve. That all said, customer support is fantastic and always willing to help both walk us through demonstrations and review our implementations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Enterprise Tool That Keeps Our Sites Running Smoothly"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

It is a very reliable enterprise-oriented tool. We use it every day to maintain availability and monitor access to our websites. It's also our main ally during click days, when a lot of traffic flows to our sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Customizations are possible, but sometimes we'd like more flexibility and greater attention to detail in translations. Fortunately, Support responds quickly and provides prompt assistance with these types of needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent system with with great layout/styling possibilities"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

From a technical point of view: it is a great product. It does puts a nice queue before our shop in case we need one. That is what we needed a couple of times a year.

Integration with CloudFront is smooth.

A very nice bonus is the possibility to style the waiting room layout to match our shop/event. Gives a great user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

The UI is not always very intuitive, but they are always available to help us out if we can't find the setting ourselves:) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
