**What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

I like that Qualtrics Customer Experience allows me to be very specific about what I do without having to use all of their additional features right off the bat. I also appreciate its multiple integrations that let us upload data using their API or SFTP, giving us flexibility in how we import and export data. This helps us get the reporting and feedback we need efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

It feels a little counterintuitive the way that you would automate sending something out. The system is not able to actually send an evaluation out based on a date under a user; instead, it has to be based on the date that the data was entered. Maybe our setup was incorrect, but this did not feel as intuitive to me as other systems.

**What problems is Qualtrics Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualtrics Customer Experience to send NPS surveys, ensuring our deliverables meet clients' needs. It simplifies creating customizable, branded surveys that are easy to set up and deploy.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

Qualtrics Customer Experience offers far more than traditional surveys; it enables multiple ways to capture feedback, including passive listening posts that gather sentiment without requiring intentional input. This allows us to understand experiences like satisfaction and effort in a more natural, continuous way.  What stands out is the flexibility in how the data can be analyzed and communicated. Whether through heat maps, text analytics, ot other visualizations, Qualtrics makes it easier to translate feedback into a clear, compelling story that drives action.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

Stats IQ is not very intuitive, and we haven't really delved into it. It requires a lot more expertise to understand, in my opinion. Another thing that doesn't work well is the auto-generated reports in the survey. They are really useless. The system just displays each question in several different widgets, which doesn't give usable insights. I would much rather have an AI-guided or recommended dashboard that provides recommended layouts based on the data we're getting. That would be really helpful so we don't have to own the product all the time and can empower users more.

I use Qualtrics Customer Experience to capture the voice of the customer we might miss otherwise, helping us quantify feedback and identify trends for better decision-making.

I love that Qualtrics Customer Experience is so easy to use. It provides a common language for us to speak internally, making it easier to discuss specific dashboards across different departments. People are getting used to referring to and asking about specific details across departments, which helps break down silos. The initial setup was pretty easy, and we had a great implementer.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

There needs to be more established connections to other services and vendors. We have data in several systems and do not want to keep performing custom things to move that data automatically. They have this already set up with some very popular vendors (Salesforce, for example) but that ecosystem needs to be much bigger.

**What problems is Qualtrics Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Qualtrics Customer Experience to gather data from listening posts, analyze it alongside operational data, and adjust customer experiences accordingly, enhancing overall customer engagement and creating internal efficiencies.

Qualtrics is a powerful platform for collecting and analyzing customer feedback at scale. It offers robust survey design, advanced analytics, and strong reporting capabilities that help turn feedback into actionable insights. The platform is highly flexible and supports complex use cases for our company. While the interface can feel complex initially, it becomes very effective once users are familiar with its features. Overall, Qualtrics is an excellent solution for organizations focused on data-driven experience management.
Its quite easy to use and even non-experts are able to build new surveys and pages easily in Qualtrics. They also have a great customer support who quickly helps us find solutions to our problems if we are stuck with any use case.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

It can be an expensive tool. For using its advanced features some training might be needed and specially to integrate it with other tools in your organization.

**What problems is Qualtrics Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our NPS surveys via Qualtrics. Best thing is it helps create unique survey links for large database of our customers. We are able to customize their survey journey easily depending on what use cases we have. So its amazing to build a very complex survey easily with Qualtrics.

What I like most is the platform’s flexibility and depth. It allows us to design highly customized surveys with advanced logic, segmentation, and targeting. For example, using its advanced survey logic such as display logic and branch logic, I can design a CSAT survey where customers only see relevant questions, which strongly improve response quality and reducing survey fatigue, It also enables highly targeted insights without needing separate survey for each target audience segment.

The platform can feel complex for new users, particularly those who only need basic survey functionality. There is a learning curve due to the breadth of features and configuration options. Additionally, the pricing can be higher compared to lighter-weight survey tools, which may be challenging for smaller teams or organizations with limited budgets.

The only thing I find frustrating with Qualtrics is that sometimes the downloaded raw data excel files is not in the right structure to find what i am looking for. It takes alot of data scrubbing to get what I need.

The biggest strength of Qualtrics Customer Experience is how well it combines structured survey data with unstructured customer feedback at scale. The text analytics capabilities, especially Text iQ, make it possible to turn open-ended responses into meaningful insights rather than just anecdotal quotes.

I also like the flexibility of the platform. It supports complex survey designs, multiple data sources, and customizable dashboards that can be tailored to different stakeholders. What I like best about the Qualtrics Customer Experience is its Dashboard which is very easy it use. It can collect data from raw data which can be collected through emails, surveys, SMS, websites, apps and other social media platforms using NLP (Natural Language Processing) in real time. It can easily be integrated with tools like supports tools, CRMs. Customer support is good. Implementation is easy.

What I dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience is its cost which be very costly for some people. Due to its complexity it requires deep and curve learning for using it.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

The survey platform is dynamic and intuitive, but still functional for even a novice to use. I love the creative flexibility dashboard customisation offers. I use it every day to keep track of multiple customer experience programs across the business. I love that we can integrate it with software like Q and our CRM systems. Our licence makes implementing it into our organisation seamless. 

I love this platform and I'd recommend it to anyone in the Business Intelligence, Insights or Market Research space.

While Qualtrics does have a bit of learning curve some areas (Dashboard Mapping, Directories, Workflows, and Automations), the Customer Success Hub and the Customer Service team are absolutely golden. I've never been lost for long. They're easy to contact, very knowledgeable, and full of ideas.

**What problems is Qualtrics Customer Experience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualtrics helps us capture, store, and track essential data that we can then share on to external stakeholders across multiple business units. Given that each part of our business has different needs, it was essential that our software be dynamic, flexible, and have tailored solutions to unique business problems. Most importantly, all of this information had to be in one place, which it is with Qualtrics. We use it to host surveys and dashboards that translate into actionable insights to inform our business outcomes and reach our goals.

All the systems capabilities. People often think of Qualtrics as a survey tool, but it offers many possibilities to the organization to build a full program around Customer Experience. From technical integrations to features, Qualtrics offers the full experience in house

Price is not competitive unless you really use all the features in the right way, which may be a challenge for some organizations, as it's designed to be a multi-departmental tool. Additionally, everything is designed or built to use Qualtrics as the core tool, but it's not that flexible if you want to use it as a "proxy" (workflows, API limitations...)

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

I personally felt using the Qualtrics platform is hassle free and easy to learn by exploring the features of it. I have mostly used the platform to develop the dynamic surveys by using the multiple question types the multiple question types provided in this tool will help the analyst to ask the various kind of questions to the customer to get the absolute experience of the product. The other notable features of the platform includs the powerful dashboard building capabilities with the various widget styles to suite the business needs to understand the customer experience on the products and also consists of features such as textIQ for measuring the sentimental analysis score on the customer review , statsiQ to get the statistical measures on the survey results. Qualtrics platform offers wide integration capabilities with the  various SAP and non-SAP systems , different communication channels for the survey distribution. The Analytics and reporting capabilities of the system is helpful for the research analyst to understand the flaws of the product , and to plan for the implementing the better functionalities for the product.

I personally felt some customisations can be implemented in the stand-alone workflow spaces, typically when running the ETL workflow in the scenario of the automation workflow calls, needs to ensure when the workflow should be triggered only if there is no workflow is running by the time of the other workflow is triggered.

Qualtrics customer experience solutions is used to capture the 360 degree view  of the customers on the product , by timely distributing the survey , monitoring the consumer behavior through the feedback received from the consumer , developing the dynamic dashboards to visually represent the consumers behaviors on the product and understanding the flaws on the project by analysing the reports obtained the user peer reviews. Embedding the surveys in the product specific mobile and web applications through the intercepts functionality. At my work I have used the workflows to set up the ETL tasks for distributing the survey to user at the pre-defined timings.

**What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

None. I was sold on the promise that the system could handle our data set, then left with no support. When the survey was published it immediately crashed. Then customer service helped to implement the loop feature but they told me wrong how to do it. And that system crashed. Then I did it on my own and it worked.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

Lack of ability to analyze data. Once I got the survey to work and collected data I was completely unable to use your system to analyze it. Instead of helping to find a solution I was told to not use so many questions next time. In order to even extract the data I had to hire a graduate student at the University of Minnesota, and using the super computer she extracted the data. From there she cleaned it and was able to easily analyze it. It's ridiculous that a multi billion dollar company could not do this. Unfortunately, this cost us an additional $5,000. That means we paid $5,000 for your relatively useless service and an additional $5,000 for a student to fix it. I firmly believe aualtrics should provide a refund of at least $3500. I have tried contacting the company but I continue to be ghosted.

I like that it is easy to use and explain to others, it can easily be distributed and duplicated. We can also provide clients templates when they do not want to use the exact ones we offer.

The customers like the old results pannel more than the new one because it would allow them to download it as a .pdf and share with their managers. Only a few people have access to qualtrics in the company so they like it that they can share the results seperately.

Qualtrics is very dynamic in a way that allows different kinds of survey styles and attachments that make it versatile and it's usability wide.  It allows to make changes to the survey at any point in time and records important details of the systems used and date/time of completion

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

When creating an email response format in the settings, codes need to be used to make calculations that are not easily available and not something a user is informed about. I had to find that out through a different source to check that. This was not easy 
The flexibility on how to replies to respondents shpuld be higher wherein code are made explicitly available. Addition of the header or footer would be a great option to have for corporate responses. 
I would use qualtrics almost 5 days a week and it was usually straightforward but for complicated cluent demands, it got tougher

It gives a one stop solution for all survey requirements and allows for customization to the organisation's need to a good extent.  Although, better efforts can be made.

Survey setup is quiet streamlined. Platform gives more emphasis to ease of survey design and also has multiple avenues with which you can distribute survey. It also gives more control to design the survey flow and also add advanced logic.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Customer Experience?**

There are quiet few limitations when it comes to Customer Experience module. There are few widgets such as heatmap that is disabled also there is no other way to scale number set questions in this module. Custom calculations enable scaling but the effort required could be reduced if we have scales to assign for number set questions. Dashboard creation can be made more advanced to be more in line with dashboarding capabilities of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. I think dashboard can use some more new exciting features and capabilities.

Qualtrics allows for detailed, customizable surveys that work well both for creation of a survey and for data analyzation. I use it for academics, work, and for personal/social uses. The many features allow for clean, simplified ways to ask questions that would otherwise seem messy and take up way too much space in a survey if done on any other platform.

Sometimes the loading takes a very long time, or Qualtrics doesn't save all of the questions I created. It can be difficult to edit things as it seems the site glitches at times.

It allows me to better customize and edit the Qualtrics and create surveys that are tailored to my needs, which as a customer involve work and academic uses. Although I haven't used the customer experience features aside from creating and analyzing Qualtrics reports.

Easy to create interactive surveys using the drag and drop functionality and can be easily be customized in many ways .  Large variety of questions types and branching logic. The tool aslo gives  feedback to surveys and aslo it's easy to setup NPS dashboards for each department in our organization that enables us to track results very easily.

I'll start by saying that we used a well-known Qualtrics competitor's solution for years before switching. Why the switch? Some of my favorite features are:
Integrated translations of comments provided by those surveyed
Text analysis of comments
Excellent contacts management through Directories

I have taken the Basecamp training and am still not clear on workflows.
Extracts of survey data could be simplified and the extracts cleaner/easier to read and manage.

We use Qualtrics to survey our dealers, who are our partners, on our support of their Customer Service departments. We ask the Service Managers questions about the various areas of support, areas for our improvements, and gaps. We use this data to improve our support of our dealers.

Qualtrics CX is a simple and easy tool to use. Its user interface is simple and is easy to build surveys and have them maintained. Also the web intercepts work well with the logics and it is also easy to setup and use.

The XM Directory needs more updates, basic features like using a Filter to extract data on a ongoing basis using API is unavailable. It has set a basic parameters that can be used. but i would like something similar to exporting responses. wherein using a filterID i can filter as i need. a similar functionality of using filter ID in XM Directory will be useful.. Similar to this there are few more example wherein we use day to day that can be improved and can have a bigger impact on our experience

Currently it helps us to measure our experience and key touch points across our value chain and also help identify customers who are unhappy or dissatisfied and helps target them and help them get a resolution faster. Identifying the problem areas in our process and products help to come up with improvement plans to fix these and help improve the experience of cusomers/partners.

I like Qualtrics Customer Experience because it allows users to test out and use different functions within Qualtrics. I've built several surveys and used the data analysis tool to get results in an easy and timely way. It also provides a space for users to get their questions answered and learn from other users' experiences.

It is hard to identify downsizes for Qualtrics Customer Experience, but if there's one is that sometimes it takes a day or two to get some feedback or help when there are issues to be resolved. However, all the issues I have had have been successfully resolved by Qualtrics staff.

Most of the issues I've had with Qualtrics have been technical (not knowing how/where to find specific tools). However, all the issues have been resolved, and learning about how to solve those issues has been a great learning experience for me and my organization.

It is an incredible tool that collects all the comments on one screen. There are plenty of options to organize all the conversations: smart folders, tags, filter when using the search bar... It allows me to prioritize what needs a quicker response.

The entire suite of tools can be used for customer experience management, data and experience management.  Their core tool is XM Directory and that allows us to track candidates from admission through graduation.

Some of the items could be more robust or allow for more manual control.  Manual updates are complicated and are accomplished via .csv import, but that is overkill for some tasks.

It allows us to manage our students and relevant data for assessment and accreditation that is not permitted in our university's student management platform.  This information is critical.
