What do you like best about ProProfs Net Promoter Score?

This makes my life so easy! I can create quizzes for my webinar attendees and they can obtain their own certificates which I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProProfs Net Promoter Score solving and how is that benefiting you?
