What do you like best about TrueContext?

Ease of building forms and the immediate gratification when changes are made.

The chat feature with the bot is helpful. But best of all, the team is very responsive and demonstrated great follow through skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueContext?

I wish the windows app would allow the user to sort forms in the Inbox in chronological order.

In the data and analytics, form submission section, I would like the ability to search by Reference #.

I would like basic training on handlebars so I can create my own custom outputs.

I would also like the ability to duplicate a formspace, instead of coping forms to the new formspace and recreating the destinations.

Attachments (not photos) do not map over to a dispatched form. this is terrible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quick tip from our team on searching by reference #s, if you include the reference # in the submission name, you'll be able to sort by reference # in the data and analytics tab. Hoping this helps in the meantime.

For some basic training on handlebars, we do have support articles available. Our support team is also available if you ever have a specific question. From an admin perspective, what stands out most about TrueContext forms is the high level of control and standardization they enable across the organization. Administrators can create robust conditional logic, enforce required fields, manage version control, and ensure users follow consistent processes, which helps reduce errors and compliance risk. The ability to manage user permissions, automate workflows and approvals, and integrate data directly into an ERP or other business systems reduces manual entry and improves overall data accuracy. In addition, centralized management of users, submissions, and revisions—paired with dependable offline functionality—gives admins better visibility and confidence that field data is captured correctly and efficiently. What do you dislike about TrueContext?

From an admin perspective, what I like least about TrueContext forms is that the platform’s flexibility and power can also make it more complex to manage. Building and maintaining advanced conditional logic, integrations, and workflows can become time-consuming, especially as forms grow in size and complexity. Even small changes may require careful testing to prevent unintended downstream effects, and managing version control across multiple user groups can add extra administrative overhead. On top of that, troubleshooting sync issues, integration failures, or user errors can fall heavily on the admin, requiring technical knowledge as well as ongoing oversight.
