I just deleted Preview because it was not functioning. Because it didn't work and because no one replied to my inquiry, there is nothing redeemable about this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Preview stopped posting my scheduled posts. Every day I would get an email saying it failed to post and that I should contact them for support if it happens again (which it did). But these notifications came from a do not reply email with no instructions of who to contact. I found an email for Preview online. A woman named Victoria replied and said she would ask her supervisor, but after I emailed her 3-4 more times for updates, she never replied. I don't know why she offered to ask her supervisor if she had no interest in ever responding again. Very frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The membership fee was reasonable, and it was worth the money I found, but since the update, I have nothing good to say now as I do not like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It used to work very well for businesses by allowing more than one account on the membership, and now you can not do that. If you had information saved it, was deleted with the last update, but no one sent a notice letting you know this ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly i really like the schedule system, you can manage your feed for any period, the grids shows you how it will look before its going live. I also liked the others features like the photo editor. The analytics and charts are also very useful. Also, the application can be used without internet and the UI is noob-friendly. I really like how the free plan for the app gives you unlimited uploads, because sometimes when you're scheduling things I might change my mind later and have found other similar apps to be quite limiting with just 30 free uploads.
