What do you like best about Pivotal CRM?

There is little to no way to be able to mess anything up, functions are very basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pivotal CRM?

It is very difficult to navigate and search for addresses in my case. Search function should be more encompassing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pivotal CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?
