I also feel that the migration process is not great because there is no way to import the same folder structure from ALM using the test box. I used Panaya frequently during the recent launch of a project. There are so many feateures that allowed constant communication and tracking of process changes, tools that we could use for training and more. We had a lot of different things going on and being able to be notified when it was your turn to act/respond to a task or defect was very helpful with keeping up with workload. I know it took a lot of work on the front end to be able to work well in the system, but once that was integrated into S4, it worked very well once the team became accustomed to Panaya. Lastly, I appreciated the ability to @ (at) other employees to include them in conversations as needed on specific tasks/defects. **What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence?** I found some of the details to be overkill. It would have been nice to be able to pair down some of the details/info on items like "defects". Additionally, the recording feature was finicky at times. There were multiple issues with recording. Sometime it would "cutoff" your screen and you wouldn't be able to see the visualization of the steps you performed in your recording. Additionally, it would miss steps sometimes if you clicked/entered information and then selected it from the dropdown. Lastly, it would be nice if it was more user friendly to "edit/fix" the steps after you completed the recording and saved it. **What problems is Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Implementing our SAP S4 ERP system.
