Netstock now creates my orders for me and with the correct setup, review is minimal. We use a hub and spoke model and have 6 spoke DCs that we distribute product to so I also use the "Order from distribution center" function to create my transfers. Overall, Netstock has allowed me to manage more of the business than would have been possible before. **What do you dislike about Netstock?** Setup can be difficult if your business is complicated. I really like the displays and the summary views, they are really good as well. The spreadsheets it generates are very detailed and quite good. The visual displays help us see instantly what we need to order, and depending on the correct information fed into it, Netstock will generate purchase orders and suggest quantities to order based on MOQs, which is fairly standard. But I think the way Netstock does it, where it's so visual and you can drill down even further, is the best aspect of Netstock. **What do you dislike about Netstock?** We haven't had Netstock for too long, so I haven't been able to really have a look at all of the features to see if there are any improvements to be made. Due to the wide geography, it is not easy to rebalance, so there should be an option for the calculation method. I also think some of the filters can be better. You cannot filter on more than one item when doing forecast. Netstock has made it easier to help us predict trends and input forecasts. I use NetStock daily, it's my go to for reviewing inventory and looking at what POs need to be raised. NetStock has many features which can be utilized to improve the user experience. **What do you dislike about Netstock?** I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page. These can be viewed however from downloading a report and filtering from there. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part.
