How pain free and easy the solution was to implement and intergrate. Guidane was provided on how to sanitise our data pre implemnentation, for a better experience. Customer Support team were excellent and onboarding was great and interactive. I use NetStock daily, it's my go to for reviewing inventory and looking at what POs need to be raised. I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.
These can be viewed however from downloading a report and filtering from there.

Highly analytical approach to calculating and considering factors to ensure sufficient inventory. Makes it easier for inventory/ logistics team members to review and issue orders and plan for actions against stock outs and excess stocks. Sometimes the recommendations for certain level of Safety stocks seem illogical and in excess. For some items only though and since the algorithim is not shared, we dont know how the calculation is arrived that way. Netstock is very easu to use and fast to learn the basics. From there you can do just about anything in relation to stock management. The training videos and modules made it very accessible. I actually really enjoyed the learning experience which is rare in a lot of programs. Forecasting was always an issue at our organisation but since we switched to Netstock it has been a dream. We have both B2B and DTC business and various markets and how we manage inventory at multiple locations to multiple customers or their warehouses. We also do inhouse manufacturing; 3 rd party contract manuacturers and turn key items from overseas across the globe and multitude of lead times. We have 3 brands and Netstock has made it more manageable, improved visbility, improved stock availability and and improved OOS and at the same time positioned our inventory over the last 12 months to a much optimised position and we are on our target to achieve better stock turns & the integration between our ERP and Netstock is seamless. We had great support from the Netstock team to customise the tool and helped with smooth implementation. Due to how our business is setup, we do have some areas of the dashboard and the newer AI recommendations which does not suit us. Also the subscription we use does not encompass customised and easy to build DIY reports which is difficult some times to having to modify existing reports to our needs.
