What do you like best about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

Getting my VPs to commit to a step challenge took some time, but my representative at MoveSpring was super patient and informative. They met with multiple team members and me numerous times. Once the contract was signed, our account rep was ALWAYS available to answer questions. Our company initially signed up for a one-time challenge, but the feedback about the program and the platform were so positive we are looking at making this a regular engagement tool. What do you dislike about Reward Gateway Employee Experience Platform?

I don't have anything negative to say about MoveSpring. Our organization implemented a buy-in fee for participants to generate a pot for the winner-- we had to use a separate platform to implement payment submissions. It would be helpful if this could be included in the MoveSpring platform as well as a post-participation survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
