Very intuitive, and user friendly. Easy to create boards for individual processes, either from scratch, or by using an available template. Has helped us streamline and standardize functions that were previously being done differently in every division of our company. Our original subscription included connecting to Outlook for email integration. Since monday.com produced a separate CRM software, what we were originally paying for as part of our package, is now an additional expense that is out of our budget. It's also difficult to get immediate tech assistance, which delays workflows. You have to wait (sometimes 24 hours or more) to get support when your software is experiencing an issue, or you need guidance on a more complex subject that isn't readily available in the tutorial library. We can see all interactions with each individual client in one place, with the exception of email messages. Our organization has both a for- and non-profit entity, each with their own separate business functions and processes. Monday.com was the best option for finding ONE solution to manage both. Not so specific that it only works for one or the other. We can customize our workflows, regardless of how different they can be, and view them all in one place.
