Mindstamp has been our lifesaver in recent times for making some presentations and marketing proposals and creating interactive videos for all the channels we manage. It's fantastic software, intuitive at the user interface level, extremely easy to use, has many customizable options and everything in the platform works flawlessly. When working on videos, Mindstamp puts at my fingertips everything I need to monitor, analyze and measure the performance of marketing campaigns; at the same time, it also integrates features to make our interactive videos do practically what we imagine, it's easy to use the editor and it's simple to insert and share videos through any website. The company I work for recently purchased a subscription to Mindstamp to use for a specific project. The tool itself is easy to learn and allows you to create professional and engaging interactive videos quickly. They have included some very thoughtful features, like the ability to set new brand standards and apply them to any existing videos in your library. However, what has stood out the most has been the excellent customer service we've received. To start, Mindstamp was willing to customize a subscription that met our needs. Then, they made themselves available to support us while we were getting started and helped us see how Mindstamp could meet the needs of our project, even as those needs were evolving. They were receptive to our feedback when we noticed a couple of features that did not work as we would have expected, and what really blew us away was that they implmemented a fix before our project went live. I like how easy this product is to use. Whenever we want to add some sort of interactive elements to our recruiting videos or tour videos, this is used. One of the more helpful things used is to add links to a video to require some sort of action. You can even add questions to some things to collect data or multiple choice questions as well. I dont like the overall set up of creating a video. It is hard to follow sometimes and takes a little time to get used to. It also does not allow you to change the color or type of font used on videos to brand with your company. Sometimes it can take a little while to upload a longer video as well and you have to sit around and wait while it uploads rather than get things done right away.
