There have been a number of updates to the system over time that have moved it to the cloud and added extra functionality around shareing and collaboration with a single document. They can also do more than just traditional mindmpas now which means the system is not as narrow in focus as it was. But at it's base level it's an excellent way to visualise and capture discussions and brainstorming. It's very easy to use and there is no implementation required so you just get a licence and away you go. It is still somewhat of a luxury item. It is doing something that can be achieved with pen and paper and while it is not very expensive it could still be out of reach finacially for some smaller companies. I use mind manager atleast once in a week mostly for building mind maps. It seems very user-friendly and conducive to ideation. I personally leverage the ability to toggle between map, org chart, flowchart, and other visualizations gives users options to think and present ideas differently. Only one thing I dislike is the pricing seems quite high, especially for smaller teams and individuals. More affordable pricing tiers could help make it accessible to a wider range of users. The Products really tops with its unique idea to transform the ideas to reality . Usually one who has the idea needs a solution to display it and make others to understand .
