I like the ease and integration of cloud storage, process documentation, visuals, presentations, documenting, project management, etc all in one secure space. What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business? There are occasional issues with time lagging when switching between programs and files. But generally, this has decreased over time. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneDrive for Business: This is a great tool for teams that need to collaborate, for document and file storage, and for ease of use as it is very intuitive for anyone who has used Mircosoft products like OneNote, Outlooks, Word, and Excel, etc. It is also very secure and good for healthcare or research related organizations that need to protect sensitive information of patients, research subjects, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Microsoft OneDrive for Business solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it as an academic research team to store and collaboratively update research survey documents, protocols, meeting notes, agendas, and data visualizations. We use visio and data visualization to create team workflows. We use storage to backlog meeting recordings. It is also secure for controlling who has access to very sensitive personal health information and meets IRB (internal review board) criteria for safe data management in clinical research.
