What I like most about microsoft is the fact that you can literally integrate any other tools with any M365 tool and since I've been using it ever since I can remember whenever there are updates and interface changes I'd still know where to find the feature I am looking for, talk about ease of use! This has been very easy to implement as it comes naturally to everybody that once you apply for a job you must know how to navigate thru Microsoft softwares. I've had some little issues along the way but it always gets fixed fast fleetedly. Supports and reps are respectful and does have the urgency which I love!
