They reply in a quick manner. I can even schedule calls with them. Rubaiyat and the team are very patient with me too. The feature I like the most is it's ability to target users in a specific location. I live in a country where Facebbook doesn't segment users to a specific loation, but one country as a whole. And this feature is a game changer. **What do you dislike about Markopolo?** The UI can be a bit difficult in the beginning. But I got used to it. Markopolo, as of now, doesn't have the feature for me to upload creatives based on placement. However this is in the roadmap and I'm looking forward to this feature. This is not always the case with tech products and even as it is now, the software is a powerful tool to have at your disposal for managing and optimizing your marketing campaigns. **What do you dislike about Markopolo?** There is nothing to dislike about this product as it is, and there is much to look forward to. Patience is a virtue and if they continue delivering on their promises as they have been doing a great job with to this point, then it will be well worth the wait. **What problems is Markopolo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I specialize in the strategies that amplify brand awareness and increase a brand's fingerprint in the hearts and minds of its marketplace.
