The (German) voices are great, and the handling of the web service is also intuitive. I liked hearing my private texts read out loud; especially poems can be tested that way to have the right rhythm. I want to point out the kind service, naming Jason in particular, who kindly answered my questions about cancellation of subscription quickly and kindly. I can only recommend this AI. One unique feature of Lovo is that it customizes its voices to age groups and characters which is possible through a voice classification feature and the pronunciation editor also helps me optimize some specific phrasing. I purchased Lovo because I own and have used many text-to-speech tools, like Lisntr and Play.ht, but it has great vocal models. **What do you dislike about LOVO?** Some more advanced features like, for example content foldering, could make this platform even better. While some models are not attractive, many of them are quite good. Also it's very important to pick the right voice so that the voices don't sound like a robot. **What problems is LOVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I couldn't believe the quality it gave me, considering the reviews and after trying it out myself. And since it also promises the possibility of future custom voice cloning features, I intend to use Lovo to create several audio content because it has a simple interface perfect for text-to-speech or voice-over production. ### 5. The ability to tell the AI how to pronounce words generally worked to fix errors. **What do you dislike about LOVO?** The biggest limitation for the plan I was using was the limit of 10 saved voice clips (each limited to 2,000 characters). The limitation this caused was that when going back to edit the generated audio, if the clip had been previously overwritten to stay within the 10 text generation clips, it required a completely new generation which takes time and uses the generation credits (which were generally ample on a plan offering 2 hours of audio generated per month). **What problems is LOVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lovo is solving the problem that most text to speech voices are very robotic and don't sound human. Although not a perfect replacement, Lovo increases the range of voices and improves listenability compared to other TTS. ### 6. Pro version has ample voices. Like the ability to change the reading speed and to build a pronounciation table for hard-to-pronounce words. Very easy to get MP3 or WAV files exported and saved to my PC, so I can edit the files in Audacity and then import them into the presentation applilcation I'm using the sound bytes for. Like the volume level for the audio which is being generated. **What do you dislike about LOVO?** It would be nice to have a "global" pronounciation table, instead of needing to build one for each project (or copy projects). It seems that if the pronounciation is not quite right and I have to regenerate it, then I am being charged for the regeneration of the text-to-speech script. Some guidance on better use of the pronounciation tables and the use of spaces and hyphens would be helpful. Wish that the text-to-speech generation time was faster (not sure if the issue is processing time or up- and down- speed between my computer and the applicatiion over the internet. **What problems is LOVO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding voice talent, getting projects quickly created and being sure the talent is available in the future are hassles with traditional content creation. Lovo solves this. I am doing an internet-based history project using LOVE which involves Native American placenames and Norwegian-American words. With trial-and-error, the pronounciation table allows proper pronounciation of those words. I haven't used LOVO in a team setting, but see that it can be used by several individuals working together on a project, which is a very nice feature that I am looking forward to trying out. ### 10.
