What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos have been great to us, we was looking at moving platforms but decided to explote litmos further. The different range of features litmos have is amazing, and so easy to use. We really wanted our platform branded to our new style and managed to buy a branding package for them to help us do this - it saved us such a lot of time. Litmos support team have been so quick and on the ball whenever we have had to raise a query with them. I use Litmos all day everyday in my job and it is so easy to use and navigate.

Our CSM who has only just been appointed to us has been amazing and regulary checks in to see howe we are getting on and if we have any concerns. she keeps us up to date with any news and changes that are coming also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

I think the only downside for us at first was that because we was only using a small percentage of what could be used there wasn't much help for us as a organisaiton. & the help and support wasn't really there for us to lean on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litmos?

We have worked with Litmos since 2018 and I have to say everything has been great with the company! The implementation process was easy, and they give you someone who guides you through the process. They give you training courses to help you set things up as well. Their customer support is great; all our Account Reps and Managers we have had over the years have been awesome! The system works great for us and meets our needs. There are some things that I am wishing for in the future, but the great thing is you can give your suggestions on what you would like to see with Litmos and then vote on it. That is how they enhance their system through customer feedback, which I think is great! Their online library has good material as well. I just love everything about Litmos! Great product! What do you dislike about Litmos?

Honestly, the only thing I dislike about Litmos is the fact that you cannot select all when sending out email notifications to the learners in the system. When you select all it is just everyone on that page, so if you have over 1k learners training to a course, you have to send out email notifications page by page. It is very time consuming. What do you like best about Litmos?

The support from Litmos is superb, check in's are brilliant and nothing is ever too much to ask! The Litmos LMS system is really good and for both creating content and monitoring compliance - let alone the amount of courses available off the shelf! The ability to SCORM file in is brilliant, it has opened up many possibilities we are currently exploring to make the learning even more interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

Some of the reporting aspects are a little overcomplicated, but there is help available via the Dojo and other useful links. Some of the functionality such as quirky escalation rules means you cannot select all users and must go through each individual page to reset some - in a recent case 35 pages was needed to select all users. What do you like best about Litmos?

A highly desired feature has finally rolled out to Litmos customers, which is the Custom Roles & Permissions option! We are a complex organization comprised of various personnel/departments with unique positions and responsibilities. This new Litmos feature will allow us to streamline those unique users into a more intuitive role that suites their needs within the platform. What do you like best about Litmos?

The ease of use for many in our 29 child accounts. The autonomy that they have over our accounts and the leadership we can provide as a parent account. The recent shift in Litmos account management - customer success has also be very welcomed. We have an outstanding group of customer support, most specifically our Custom Success Manager, Corinne LaPlaca. She has exceeded expectations and then some. The Litmos platform for administrators is very user friendly. I appreciate the continuous improvements which are so intuitive that no announcement or training is needed. What do you like best about Litmos?

The ease of use for creating your own content along with the ability to bolt on LITMOS Heroes, thousands of pre-prepared content. This allows us to keep the internal culture key while also allowing staff to develop in other ways. When we were looking for an elearning platform there were lots of companies out there however we needed the basics to be done well - this strong foundation along with their continual development made them the perfect partner for us. What do you dislike about Litmos?

What do you like best about Litmos?

I like the flexibility with the team structure in Litmos. It really helps because at our company, we have specific reporting needs and a chain of command. Litmos allows people to see down their chain of command without having to sort their own data, which is super helpful. Plus, we can give the right permissions at the right spot, making learning delivery more efficient. What do you dislike about Litmos?

I wish the activities dashboard kept more than sixty days of data. Sometimes, we have to do an audit and look back at things that happened more than sixty days ago. The reporting engine generally takes care of this issue, so it's not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litmos?

I really appreciate how helpful the Litmos customer support has been. The platform's ability to create content and manage learning paths is a valuable resource for our team training days. It's great that Litmos helps us stay on top of compliance and provides opportunities for growth, aligning with our mission of distributing food and ending hunger in Eastern Massachusetts. What do you like best about Litmos?

I really like how easy the Litmos platform is to navigate, whether from the admin perspective or user perspective. The courses that are already created and available in the library are a great feature. Plus, the AI tool for creating courses is awesome because it is very easy to use, making course creation a breeze. What do you dislike about Litmos?

What do you like best about Litmos?

I like that Litmos is always iterating on their design, constantly trying to improve and make it better and more appealing both visually and technically. I'm especially fond of the option customization for the learner dashboard and login page, which has been greatly beneficial. Plus, the integrations with SaaS single sign-on are really handy. The ongoing improvements to the reporting features and functionality are also a big positive for me, especially how they allow different people to function in their own custom roles and positions. What do you dislike about Litmos?

I think they could do more with the reporting feature allowing us to filter things differently and just making it a little more straightforward. Also, it would be great if the manager portal had a little more functionality in terms of changing their learners' enrollments and things like that and being able to adjust those features and customize those for ourselves.
