The platform is user friendly and very simple to use. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** It would be a great improvement, not available at the moment, to have the chance to envision a cronolgic overview of objectives and feedbacks reached throught time. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Lattice we could track personal and recurrent performance reviews sharing the information wiht manager and HR department. ### 2. It is especially helpful when having one on ones with management or just for your own personal development. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** So far, I can't seem to find anything I don't like. Lattice does exactly what it needs to, and it does it well. Even the mobile app is decent enough, which I can't say about most services. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lattice is helping solve the problem of tracking goals. I have always found it difficult to really measure where I am, so it's nice to see a list in front of me and be able to categorize. ### 3. Also great for tracking progress and aligning actions items to employee development goals. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** There are not many things I dislike with Lattice. Would be helpful to be able to manually reassign direct reports in the platform rather than needing to have an account admin do it for you. **Recommendations to others considering Lattice:** Watch an orientation video to learn about the platform **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lattice is simplifying the performance review process for myself and my organization, by keeping reviews organized and compiling information from each review cycle in a centralized and easy-to-access interface. ### 4. I like that I can nominate who writes my peer reviews, and that the interface gives you the option to decline a peer review if you're writing too many. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** I only use Lattice in a limited capacity and I haven't noticed any significant inconveniences. My team doesn't formally update goals set out in performance reviews, so the reminders to edit those can get a bit annoying. **Recommendations to others considering Lattice:** N/A **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performance reviews are a stressful and time-consuming task, but Lattice centralizes the process and makes it as efficient as possible. ### 5.
