Their customer service person Elizhabeth was super helpful to solve my problem. She even invited me to a Zoom meeting which made the experience quite smooth. They don't have Snippets, LinkedIn Automation missing, AI Automatic Reply Suggestions missing, Ability to search for and get new leads is missing, Analytics for Lists should be the same as cadences, we can't schedule or pause a cadence, AI does not classify my prospect replies correctly, when sending out emails you should be able to clear all formatting and actually even get a preview of what the email would look like in the prospect's inbox and how it would like in a phone interface, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them. What I like the most about Klenty isn't the software, or the affordability, it's the people behing the logo that have made the customer experience completely unique compared to any other software I have had.
