As an Event Logistics Specialist, I am juggling multiple projects and groups at once. I built a Jotform App to use as an Exhibitor Portal - a one-stop-shop for exhibitors to view the floorplan, request their preferred booth location, download order forms, and submit their logos. I use Jotform Apps in my daily business operations and it helps me keep data organized in real time. I love that it allows my employees to pass information to the office efficiently, eliminating paperwork and paper trails. Jotform Apps lets us have a branded app that was easy to create, and it's easy to manage without needing IT support. The forms are easy to input into the app, even replicating our original formats, making it accessible to everyone everywhere. I also find it very easy to adjust as operations evolve. I like how Jotform Apps is easy to use and build forms. I find it simple to enable and disable certain things I'm offering, and it's great for uploading images of meals and dishes to show to my clients and prospective customers. It's really handy that I can easily manage my menu by disabling items when I can't get certain ingredients and then enabling them again once they're available. Uploading, adding, and removing images is straightforward, and I appreciate being able to update with better photos. I would love for me and another food service business to be able to check out our customers and for the monies for my portion of the menu to go to my account, and the money for their portion of the menu to go to their account. Absolutely impressed with Jotform’s no-code app builder!

I recently built an app using Jotform’s no-code platform and I couldn’t be happier with how user-friendly and intuitive the process was. It looks like there are many features available and I like that I can integrate forms within my apps to make into a seamless experience for my users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I tried out the lists component in my app but after putting in some information, it would not update in the builder. So I was a bit confused if it was working properly or not. I also see that it is tied to Tables and not just an ordinary list component like I was looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Jotform Apps make it easy to create customized portals for both our employees and patients. We already have apps set up and actively use them, and I appreciate how convenient it is for people to access forms, update information, and contact the office without having to call or email. One thing I sometimes dislike is that some of the more advanced customization options in Jotform Apps can take a little time to figure out, especially when adjusting layouts or more detailed settings. It can require a bit of trial and error when fine-tuning how the app displays information, but once everything is set up, it works well for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JotForm is easy to use. Whether you are looking for apps or any of the other services they have. The App feature is by far one of the BEST things about the platform. It has become a vital part of our day to day. Boards is great, could have some more features, but the overall function is very helpful. Support could be a little better. The few times I have needed it, they never really answered my question or problem. I really want more features for boards, like email notifications when you receive an assigned task and the ability to add it to the app! The Apps, while a great feature, could use some more functionality. I would love to see more customization, the ability to embed iFrames (this is currently available, but it never works), the ability to add links to the menu, and customization of how the cards look. I like that Jotform Apps is quick and easy to use. It's really nice that I can connect any Google Form to an app pretty quickly, which makes it easier for the Registered Behavior Technicians and caregivers to get to the Google Form link I've set up for them. I do not like that there are big advertisements with it. I also wish I could customize the app a little more with the Google Form. I wish I could make it seem a little more like an app. Within the app and Google Form, I wish I could customize it more. It still just looks like a link to a Google Form and I wish I could make it look and feel like an app experience even if it is built from Google Form infrastructure. I really like Jotform Apps because it can do multiple things. I was able to set up an app for the NABS (National Association of Black Scuba Divers). I like that our members can register using this app. I also like the customer service; I met with Tank, your customer service representative, on Zoom, and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. Jotform is an all-in-one app that I love. It's way better than the other site I used for uploading waivers because I can handle registrations and apps and keep members informed about the whole event. I find it really easy to set up, and even when I ran into a few bumps, Tank's customer service representative, who met with me on Zoom, was so patient and thorough in helping me figure things out. Even our older members have found it easy to use for their registrations and waivers, which is important for us. The only thing that I would like to see is we have some people who have medical issues for waivers, and I'd like to be talked through how to upload the forms once they print them off and take it to the physician. How they can upload it back to me in Jotform. Preferably through the app. That way, everything can stay in one area and not upload to Google Forms or upload to a different area in Jotform. I really like the push notifications in Jotform Apps because they make it super easy to alert everyone at once, which is great. The integration options with programs like Canva and Outlook are also great. Canva helps create slides for content when needed, and Outlook is perfect for calendar invites when we need to send those out. Plus, the initial setup was very easy. I would love if it could be in the App Store rather than a web app. Also, it would be nice to have more user-friendly widgets and design customization options as the blocks don't allow maximum customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
