What do you like best about JobDiva?

JobDiva is helpful in managing data, running reports and track activity of all the productivity where one can pick specific time frames to review their job.

I have been using diva for almost 5+ years, from where I began and all the advancements made year by year has helped a lot to save time and do the work with more efficiency.

The chat bot has been a good help to track and find help on support where something new is added and needs a guidance to understand the process.

What do you dislike about JobDiva?

Helps us to track the activity and mark the activity of the candidates we submit. If they are rejected we can specifically mark rejection. What do you like best about JobDiva?

What do you like best about JobDiva?

JobDiva is very user friendly. It stands out with its AI-driven candidate matching, provide relevant resumes with simple keyword searches, significantly reducing sourcing time. Its real-time VMS integration with our client ensures instant job updates. It also allows for engagement, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and compliance tracking more efficiently than ATS platforms like Ceipal or Bullhorn. Additionally, its proactive candidate engagement features, including automated follow-ups and customizable email campaigns, help maintain relationships with passive candidates which is very essential for high-volume hiring. Also when it comes to new joinee in your team, it takes less time to give them training about job diva. In very short time, they are good to go and start using the job diva very efficiently. As jobdiva is integrated with multiple job boards like indeed, monster & CB, allows real time harvesting. It saves lot of our time. Jobdiva coddler works on real time so it reduces our time spent manually entering job details. Help us in onboarding process as well by managing compliance. JobDiva is comprehensive ATS and recruiting platform, it is streamlining our recruiting process. it is helping us to manage Job postings, Candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions on real time. It is helping us to manage centralized candidate database from various sources (Job boards, resume LinkedIn, indeed, etc.), candidate search, compliance and documentation, communication and collaboration challenges. What do you like best about JobDiva?

What do you like best about JobDiva?

It has been amazing to work on Diva and the ATS is working well for my team for candidate sourcing, reaching out to the with features provided, keeping a track of team performance, sourcing new profiles from different job boards through harvesting, arranging their E-interviews and Live Interviews. Keeping a tab of onboarded candidates, getting to save each email and documents as a chain for further review and keeping a track in whole. What do you like best about JobDiva?

Have everything that is needed by a recruiter, a staffing agency, to track the status of requisitions, applicants, candidates.

The ease of work for recruiters, onboarders, managers to integrate a candidate for an assignment, to track the Gross Profit made on a particular placement is amazing.

I haven't found any for now, but will provide a review again if there's something bothering me.

What do you like best about JobDiva?

I have been using Job Diva for nearly 7 years now and Its services are the best. I modification and the features are top notch in the industry. Easeness is great and this is super efficient easy to implement. The support is very quick and helpful. We use Job Diva very frequently specially for On Boarding tasks, sending offer packet and accessing the documents is very easy. The tagging and noting is very smooth and efficient. What do you like best about JobDiva?

I use JobDiva every day at my organization TalentBurst, and it has made the hiring process much more efficient. I save a ton of time with the automatic functions, such applicant matching and resume aggregation. It is an excellent tool for our staffing operations because it is easy to use and connects nicely with other platforms. its also syncs easily with Vivian which helps me with my healthcare positions tracking.

JobDiva addresses key hiring challenges by streamlining the process from candidate sourcing to placement. Previously my organization were managing things manually and we were loosing tracks on applications frequently. Also task were time taking. now since we are using JobDiva we can easily automate tasks like resume aggregation and candidate matching, job diva is helping me saving time and reducing manual effort. The integration with VMS and job boards gives me access to a large pool of candidates in one place.
