  ### 1. Does Everything You Need, All in One Place — 4 Years In and Still the Best ATS Out There

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

Real-time search across all the major job boards — Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn — all from one place is a huge time saver. The LinkedIn InMail and RingCentral call and text integration means I never have to leave the platform to reach a candidate. It covers the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding, the dashboards are customizable, AI candidate summaries cut down reading time, and the duplicate candidate flagging keeps the database clean. The recent update adding multiple ZIP codes in a single Boolean string was long overdue and works great. Been using it 4 years and it just keeps improving.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

The UI looks a bit dated compared to newer tools — a modern redesign would go a long way. The learning curve for new recruiters is a bit steep at the start, there's a lot of features and it takes time to get comfortable with all of them. But once you're past that, it's smooth sailing. Downtime is almost never an issue — in 4 years it's gone down maybe a handful of times.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobDiva brings everything under one roof. Sourcing, outreach, tracking, reporting, onboarding — it all lives in one place. That alone saves hours every week. The real-time multi-board search means I find candidates faster, the RingCentral and LinkedIn integrations mean I reach them faster, and the pipeline tracking means nothing falls through the cracks.


The dashboards and reports give me a clear picture of where every candidate and job order stands at any given moment — no digging around, no guessing. For a team it helps everyone stay aligned without extra check-in meetings.


The AI summaries help me quickly shortlist candidates without reading every profile from top to bottom. The duplicate flagging keeps the database trustworthy.


Bottom line — it removed the chaos from recruiting. The job is still demanding but the platform makes sure the process is always clean and organised.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I use JobDiva for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing relevant talent, and submittal management, and it helps with resume tracking. I like how JobDiva centralizes the entire recruitment process on one platform. It helps me streamline recruitment, find the right candidate, and post jobs simultaneously. The features like Automated Resume Parsing, Submission Tracking, Powerful Keyword Search, Zip Code Feature, and Reporting Dashboard have significantly streamlined the recruitment process and made it much easier for me.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

It seems that the user interface is a bit outdated/obsolete, which sometimes makes it difficult to navigate. Although the platform has a wide range of features, simplifying menus, reducing screen clutter, and introducing modern design and clearer icons could make daily tasks easier to perform.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JobDiva for end-to-end recruitment and sourcing relevant talent. It centralizes candidate data and job postings, streamlines recruitment with features like Automated Resume Parsing and Submission Tracking, and makes connecting with candidates easier than platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I use JobDiva for candidate sourcing and applicant tracking, and it really saves me time with its integration with multiple job boards and its own database. I find the way it helps in creating search strings and running them across various job boards in real-time very efficient. Maintaining pipelines of prospective candidates for quick submission is easier and user-friendly compared to other Applicant Tracking Systems on the market. I also appreciate the real-time updates from VMS, which make it one of the best ATSs. The interface is very user-friendly, which made the transition from Salesforce a smooth experience. Running and fetching work reports is one of the best features that I utilize almost daily, and JobDiva's recruiter activity reports are crucial in tracking my team's activities.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

If we are working in JobDiva and running string in multiple tabs at the same time, it starts highlighting the skills selected in the latest string only, making the other search string useless. So, we can review candidates and do other things in JobDiva by opening multiple tabs, but it is not possible to run multiple strings at a time by using multiple tabs. It gets confused.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use JobDiva for candidate sourcing and applicant tracking. It saves time, integrates well with job boards, and offers real-time updates. It helps create search strings, maintain candidate pipelines, and track team activities through recruiter reports, ensuring a smooth process.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I am Account Manager at Mindlance. Have been using JobDiva on daily basis, that really helps in maintain accurate data of the hire and the requirements. We don't have to rely on other platforms. JobDiva can cover everything for example, Interview updates, Hire, Number of Submission, Number of jobs, Client management.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

When I was recruiter back 5 years ago. I was facing some issue however those were resolved now and JobDiva has implemented some new features as well that makes it best ATS currently in the market.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I said earlier, while using JobDiva. We don't have to rely on multiple software. It can solely manage the requirements, candidate pools and hire counts as well. For manager it is very help to check the team's activity like which recruiter is working on which requirement how many candidates they have reached, are they reaching relevant candidate, are they using correct strings etc.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

There’s a lot to like about this tool, and it really helps us with day-to-day recruiting and candidate tracking.

It’s one of the best ATS options I’ve used because I can create summaries using its AI features. We can also rank skills, which makes resumes align more closely with the job description. The voice note option makes it easy to jot down candidate conversations. Its integration with outlook helps with tracking saved email conversations, and we can make calls using JobDiva, which saves a lot of time. It also suggests resumes, helps in creating reports, and lets us track our headcounts.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I have been using it for the last four years, and so far everything looks to be in place.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps save time and keeps all reports tracked in one place. We can also set up a video meeting directly with consultants, which helps build more trust.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

1. Its user friendly. Jobdiva make my sourcing life easy, now a days its AI feature is very useful which can reduce my time to write mail, RTR etc.
2. Its ATS system, which helps us to review all the candidate from Dice, Monster and Carrier builder in one platform.
3. It's a centralized system where we scheduled interviews, see previous notes by recruiter for particular candidate., check previous conversation etc.
4. I am creating hotlist for my repeating roles, which helps me to catch qualified candidates quickly to maintain TAT.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

There is nothing which I can share about Jobdiva. Its best tool which I am using since I join recruiting industry.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. I am getting most recent updated resume from various platform within 24 hrs.
2. I don't need to open candidate's profile in another tab, I can see it when I touch the Dice, CB, MN icon on search page.
3. I can see history of candidate when he joined with our team and what was his reason for leaving the organization etc.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

The best part about Jobdiva that I like is that it brings everything together in a single platform. Jobdiva makes the entire process easier like tracking of candidates and jobs. 
It helps to save my time by using features like searching jobs/candidates, tracking activities of my performance and candidates activity too. It makes recruiting efficient and structured.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

I don't think so that there is anything that I don't like about Jobdiva because it actually makes my recruiting process organized. In a single platform I can experience the best performance and recruiting developments.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobdiva is helping me to solve that I can access all my candidate's activity very easily. It is very centralized and helps me in job postings, communicating with my candidates and etc. One of the best feature is hotlist which helped me alot to find the relevant candidates very quickly. 
As Jobdiva is automated so it is also veru time saving platform. It improves and helps in hiring process and maintaining my data.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

I like how JobDiva provides everything on one integrated platform, making my workflow easy with all the details in one place. It fetches candidates from different job portals, which simplifies sourcing. I also appreciate the Mail merge and AI Assist feature, as it helps me to send email to multiple candidate at onece and identify potential candidates for specific jobs by comparing job requirements with candidates' resumes respectively. Additionally, it saves me time by creating summaries for candidates' profiles. The initial setup was very easy, taking only 2-3 hours of training, which was enough to get started.

There is nothing I like dislike about JobDiva. I really enjoys working on JobDiva.

JobDiva provides everything on an integrated platform, easing my workflow. It simplifies sourcing by fetching candidates from various job portals and tracking past email conversations. The AI Assist helps identify matching candidates and saves time by creating profile summaries.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

It's really a nice sourcing portal for recruitment process, where we get the best solution to sourcing , tracking, review and feedback for candidates profiles. We can easily track the profile we submitted, it's a complete process from submitting to offered (hired) the candidature. There are a multiple ATS in market, but the JobDiva is different from other. Because, we getting complete tracking without wasting the time on other things, which is the unique quality of JobDiva.

I appreciate the talent management process, because it helps to get the complete recruitment process, by understanding it's own way. The best part is we can check the past history of the candidates, are they submitted or not for the same role. We also see the past notes, submission history, saved emails conversation, manual editing the details. Which helps you to make double submission and rejections.

**What do you dislike about JobDiva?**

There is nothing specific, which we can dislike. But if we can improve these points that would be a great advantage for this. 
First, while we uploading the large files, or submissions, it take too much time to loading. Which time taking. 
Second, there are multiple options for the small icons to understand the things. Basically, it's difficult to understand all for the new joiner (fresher) who never use those before.
Overall the everything is good for recruitment lifecycle.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

JobDiva is the best and easy platform for entire recruitment process, where everything is necessary for recruitment we can find on one platform either it will be talent management, candidate tracking, submissions, and client coordination in a single system and etc. I am using Jobdiva last 5+ yrs. and I can easily see the difference from the JobDiva and other platforms. Where other are taking too much time to getting the feedback and process about the submitting profiles (Candidates). Here we can easily get the update by own without wasting too much time and this is really helpful, because as we submitted the candidates to client, it will take time. Candidate asking the feedback about their submission. So, we can search the candidate details and whatever the feedback, we can deliver to candidate according and handle the situation. 

For me, it's a very productive and more efficient pipeline management. Overall the JobDiva reduce the time taking process, reduce administrative workload, and allows me to focus more on building relationships and closing position successfully.

**What do you like best about JobDiva?**

Job Diva is quite good. This is the first time I’m using the platform, and it has felt very smooth and easy to work with. It’s easy to communicate with the system, and there are a lot of features I like. For example, I can call right away from a shared resume, send RTR, and lock the candidate. The third-party integrations are also quite good, such as RingCentral, Codler, as well as other ATS integrations like CB, Monster, Dice, and other third-party tools. Overall, I use this platform all the time.

There is nothing i dislike about Jobdiva, I use this platform everyday every single day.

**What problems is JobDiva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a lot of problems for us. We can schedule interviews, view reports, and track all candidate activities, including what pay rate they were submitted with. It also helps with calendar management. We can create a hotlist, and we can do an email merge with a single click. We can also see past conversations and the rate the candidate was submitted at. for that it increase my efficiency  with the engagement with the candidate
