Person I worked with provided all data about company, always was on a phone and supported me in all questions. ### 2. Okay services **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2023 **What do you like best about ISG Partners?** It's clear the people are at ISG are trying their best given the candidate market. **What do you dislike about ISG Partners?** They are lackluster in their follow up after sending candidates. **Recommendations to others considering ISG Partners:** Definitely use ISG, but make sure you are using other agency partners to supplement since communication is often spotty. **What problems is ISG Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've contracted ISG to help us find sales talent. Some candidates are spot on and others are not. As it is with using agency partners, most of the candidates have been subpar but we've been able to make 2 hires from them. I have noticed that they will reach out to candidates where they have placed them and then will take them to another client. That's great for the candidate but makes me skeptical on how often they are reaching out to candidates they have placed for a new opportunity. ### 3. I'm unsure if they have some heavy internal client vetting process, but whatever they're doing has been working out very well - for myself, at least. **What do you dislike about ISG Partners?** I don't have anything negative to say about ISG, just typing since there's a minimum character count for this section. **What problems is ISG Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** My "business problem" is that I'm currently unemployed. ISG's benefitted me by placing me once in my first SaaS sales role out of college, and I'm working with them again now to find another SDR role with two great opportunities, which I'm both in the second round for. ### 4. She is an expert at using social media to always stay informed, educated and up-to-date about the industries she recruits for. Lauren does a great job listening to job requirements and then sending openings that are a good mutual fit. She is very responsive, proactive in communication, always makes sure candidates know what to expect during the interview process and that they are prepared each step of the way. I stay in touch with Lauren often, and my experiences with ISG Partners, and with Lauren, have always been professional, positive experiences.
