The staff (particularly Cassie) are all AMAZING and go well above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are responsive and so kind. The software itself couldn't be easier to use and once you get used to the nuances of it, you're off to the races. We use it all the time and are so excited for all that's to come for our spring market, with this as a core part of our marketing strategy. I really like that every customer gets a personalized thank you card after using our business. We were also able to customize the thank you package with additional magnet that stays with the customer once the cards are thrown away. We have enjoyed the customization and opportunity to create a better customer experience at the tail end. It's very easy to use and we have a great team handling our account. The main area for improvement would be around reporting. It would be great to have more visibility into site traffic or engagement metrics directly within the platform to better understand the impact of each campaign.
