What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One of the features i use most is tasks. I am big on follow up, so the tasks are a great way to stay on top of follow up, especially when having thousands of contacts. I also like how I can specify the urgency or type of task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

This could be possible to adjust in admin settings, but I do not like that an email is quired in order to create a contact. Sometimes i communicate with people over phone or various other platforms and i'm not able to create a record of them in order to follow up. Ideally would like to to be able to create a contact without an email requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hubspot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of hvaing to only do cold outreach. being able to capture info from site viewers and visitors swith questions creates a lot of "inbound" leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
